Description
Claims (14)
- 異形断面材レール用のホルダであって、
当該ホルダは、基体部(1)、クランプ要素(2)、およびねじ接続部(3、4)を含み、
前記基体部(1)は、前記異形断面材レール(50)を載せるために用意された支持表面(5)を含み、前記基体部(1)は、前記異形断面材レール(50)の保持縁(51)を前記支持表面(5)に押さえつけるための押さえ片(6)を含み、
前記基体部(1)は、第1の開口部(7)を有し、前記クランプ要素(2)は、第2の開口部(8)を有し、前記ねじ接続部(3、4)は、前記第2の開口部(8)および前記第1の開口部(7)を貫通し、キャリアコンポーネント(52)に固定されることができ、
前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記ねじ接続部(3、4)を使って前記異形断面材レール(50)に当接され、前記異形断面材レール(50)を前記基体部(1)に対して押し付けることができ、
当該ホルダが回動ジョイント(9)を含み、前記回動ジョイント(9)の回転軸線(10)が前記支持表面(5)および前記押さえ片(6)に平行に延び、
前記基体部(1)上で、前記クランプ要素(2)が前記回動ジョイント(9)を使って前記回転軸線(10)に関して半径方向に規制されて、開回動位置(図3)と、前記異形断面材レール(50)に当接する閉回動位置(図4)との間で回動され、
さらに、当該ホルダが、前記クランプ要素(2)を前記開回動位置(図3)の方向に付勢する弾性手段(20)を有する、
ことを特徴とする異形断面材レール用のホルダ。 - 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記第1の開口部(7)は、前記支持表面(5)の、前記押さえ片(6)と前記回転軸線(10)の間に配置されることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記支持表面(5)が規定している第1の平面(E1)と前記回転軸線(10)の距離は、前記支持表面(5)からの前記押さえ片(6)の最大距離(H2)の2倍以下であることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記ねじ接続部(3)が半径方向に作用し得る凸形セクション(21)を有することを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記異形断面材レールに当接するための端面部(22)を備え、前記端面部(22)は、前記クランプ要素(2)を回動して下げたときに前記異形断面材レール(50)上で摺動することができる凸形の湾曲摺動領域(23)を含むことを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記異形断面材レール(50)に当接するための端面部(22)を備え、前記端面部(22)は、前記閉回動位置において前記支持表面(5)に垂直となる当接領域(24)を含むことを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記クランプ要素(2)は固定手段(25)を含み、当該固定手段(25)は、前記クランプ要素(2)の回動と共に移動し、この移動によって前記ねじ接続部(3、4)を移動させることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記基体部(1)は、対向支持部(26)を含み、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記対向支持部(26)を使って、押し付け方向(18)の反対向きに支持されるものとしてよく、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記クランプ要素(2)を回動して下げたときに前記対向支持部(26)と接触することを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のホルダであって、クランプ斜面(27)は、対向支持部(26)上およびクランプ要素(2)上の一方または両方に設けられ、前記クランプ斜面(27)は前記クランプ要素(2)を回動して下げるときに当該クランプ要素(2)を押し付け方向(18)に押すことを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記クランプ要素(2)は、前記第1の開口部(7)と前記第2の開口部(8)との間に間隙が形成されるような態様の屈曲形状に設計されていることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記ねじ接続部(3、4)は、ねじ(3)および第1の固定要素(4)を含み、前記第1の固定要素(4)は、2つのスナップ式フック(30、31)を含み、これらは互いに反対を向いて外を向き、前記キャリアコンポーネント(52)の開口部のせり出した縁の背面に係合し、また前記第1の固定要素(4)は、前記ねじ(3)がねじ結合する雌ねじ手段(28)を備えることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 請求項1に記載のホルダであって、前記基体部(1)は、前記支持表面(5)に背中合わせの背面(15)を含み、第2の固定要素(33)が用意され、前記固定要素(33)は前記背面(15)から突き出て、前記キャリアコンポーネント(52)の開口部(53)のせり出した縁の背面に係合するように構成されることを特徴とするホルダ。
- 背面に係合され得るスロット(53)を有するキャリアコンポーネント(52)上に請求項11または12に記載のホルダを事前に固定するための取り付け方法であって、
前記スロット(53)内に前記第2の固定要素(33)を挿入する工程と、
前記ホルダを、前記スロット(53)内に前記第1の固定要素(4)が突出するような様式で移動させる工程であって、前記第2の固定要素(33)が前記スロット(53)の背面に係合する、工程と、
クランプ要素(2)を回動させて下げ、前記スロット(53)内に前記第1の固定要素(4)が圧入される工程とを含むことを特徴とする取り付け方法。 - 請求項13に記載の取り付け方法であって、前記クランプ要素(2)を回動して下げる前記工程の後に、前記クランプ要素(2)は前記弾性手段(20)によって自動的に回動して上がることを特徴とする取り付け方法。
