Claims (2)
- 冷却対象物に取り付けられ、該冷却対象物から伝わる熱を外面より空気中に放熱するヒートシンクにおいて、
前記冷却対象物に固定される板状の支持部と、該支持部の前記冷却対象物に固定される面と反対側に突設される複数のフィンとより構成され、
前記フィンが、良熱伝導性金属製の板状基材の一部をプレス加工により前記反対側に折り曲げて突出させた部位よりなり、前記フィンを形成した前記板状基材の残部を前記支持部としたヒートシンクであって、
前記板状基材の外周部に複数の板状フィン部を突出形成し、プレス加工によって前記板状フィン部を突出基端部又はその近傍で前記反対側に向けて互いに干渉しないように所定角度折り曲げて起立させることにより前記複数のフィンを構成してなり、
前記複数の板状フィン部は、それぞれの突出基端部から前記板状基材の半径方向に対して所定の角度を有する方向に突出するように形成してなることを特徴とするヒートシンク。 - 請求項1記載のヒートシンクを第一のヒートシンクとし、該ヒートシンクの前記支持部における前記冷却対象物に固定される面とは反対側の面に、該ヒートシンクと略同じ形状である略相似形で且つサイズの小さい板状の支持部及び複数のフィンより構成される第二のヒートシンクを重ねて固定してなるヒートシンク。
