Description
(b)示差走査熱量測定における第1加熱曲線で決定される多くとも5J/gの結晶化熱(すなわち、5J/g以下;結晶化QCR熱≦5J/g)を有する熱可塑性箔、すなわち本質的に結晶化することのできない又はさらに結晶化することのできないこのタイプの箔からなる第2層(本明細書の目的上「第2外側層」という)と、
(c)該第1外側層と該第2外側層との間に配置された接着剤層と
を備える多層積層体を提供する。
6μmの厚みのVictrex社製Aotiv2000−006GS非晶質PEEK箔を、アクリレート接着剤の20μmの厚さで被覆した後、5分間120℃で乾燥させる。その後、Aptiv1000−008GS半結晶性PEEK箔(厚さ8μm)を接着剤層上に適用し、そして気泡を排除するようにローラーによって圧力を加えることによりそれに積層させる。約10cm×10cmの面積をこの多層積層体から切り出し、そして非晶質PEEK箔が加熱型押し用の型と接触し、かつ、半結晶性箔が上向きになるように熱成形型上に配置する。続いて、この積層体を熱成形型内で加熱し、そして圧力を加えることにより完成した膜の形態に押し込む。6〜9μmの厚さの2つ非晶質PEEK箔とそれらの間に配置された接着剤層とからなる多層積層体とは対照的に、上方に面しかつ圧縮空気に向かうここでのPEEK箔は、しわの問題に影響を受けない。

Claims (8)
- 電気音響変換器用の膜を製造するための多層積層体であって、
・示差走査熱量測定での第1加熱曲線において決定される、少なくとも15J/gの結晶化熱を有するポリエーテルエーテルケトン箔(PEEK箔)からなる第1層(「第1外側層」)と、
・示差走査熱量測定における第1加熱曲線で決定される多くとも5J/gの結晶化熱を有する熱可塑性箔からなる第2層(「第2外側層」)と、
・該第1外側層と該第2外側層との間に配置された接着剤層と
を備える多層積層体。 - 電気音響変換器用の膜を製造するための多層積層体であって、
・示差走査熱量測定での第1加熱曲線において決定される、少なくとも15J/gの結晶化熱を有するポリエーテルエーテルケトン箔(PEEK箔)からなり、かつ、
収縮率が200℃で15分後に少なくとも一方向に10%を超える第1層(「第1外側層」)と、
・200℃で15分後にそれぞれ縦方向及び横方向で10%未満、好ましくは5%未満である第2層(「第2外側層」)と、
・該第1外側層と該第2外側層との間に配置される接着剤層と
を備える多層積層体。
- 前記第2外側層が少なくとも半結晶性PEEK箔から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記第2外側層は、主成分がポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、ポリアリレート、ポリフェニルスルフィド、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリスルホン及びポリエーテルスルホンよりなる群から選択されるプラスチックから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記2つの外側層の厚さが、それぞれ1μm〜50μm、好ましくは2μm〜40μm、特に好ましくは5μm〜15μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の多層積層体。
- 前記接着剤層の厚みが2μm〜100μm、好ましくは5μm〜50μm、特に好ましくは10μm〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の多層積層体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の多層積層体からなる電気音響変換器用の膜を多数個取り熱成形手段によって製造するための方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の多層積層体の、電気音響変換器用の膜の製造のための使用。
