Abstract

La invención se refiere a un laminado de múltiples capas para producir membranas para transductores electroacústicos, que comprende una primera capa (3) que consiste de una película de poliéter éter cetona que tiene un calor de cristalización de por lo menos 15 J/g, determinado en la primera curva de calentamiento de la medición calorimétrica diferencial dinámica, una segunda capa (1) que consiste de una película termoplástica de plástico que tiene un calor de cristalización de no más de 5 J/g, determinado en la primera curva de calentamiento de la medición calorimétrica diferencial dinámica, y una capa adhesiva (2) dispuesta entre las primera (3) y segunda (1) capas. Alternativamente, la primera (3) y segunda (1) capas se definen por sus propiedades de contracción después de 15 minutos a 200°C: la primera capa (3) tiene la contracción de más de 10% en por lo menos una dirección, y la segunda capa (1) tiene contracción de menos de 10% en las direcciones longitudinal y transversal. Un laminado construido de esta manera se caracteriza por la formación de doblado inferior cuando el laminado se procesa usando termoformado de múltiples cavidades.
