Description
Claims (11)
- バッテリコネクタシステム(100)であって、
複数のバッテリセル(120)から作られるバッテリモジュール(102)へ取付けられるように構成され、トレイ(134)と、前記トレイによって保持される複数のバスバー(135,136,504,506)とを備えるトレイアセンブリ(104)を具備し、
前記トレイが、電気コネクタ(106,116)と嵌合するように構成された嵌合インターフェースを画定するトレイコネクタ(138)を有し、
前記バスバーは前記トレイに結合され、
前記バスバーは、前記バッテリセルの対応するセルタブ(126)に電気的に接続されるように構成されたプレート(212,250,512,550)を有し、
前記バスバーは、前記トレイコネクタに配置されたヒューズ端子(210,248,510,548)を有し、
前記バッテリコネクタシステム(100)は、更に、前記ヒューズ端子に結合されることで前記バスバーの前記プレートと前記電気コネクタとの間に配置される複数のヒューズ(140,500)と、前記ヒューズ端子(210,248,510,548)に前記ヒューズを介して接続された端子(300,410)とを備え、
前記端子(300,410)は、前記ヒューズ(140,500)と前記電気コネクタ(106,116)との間に配置されるバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - ヒューズを備える電路が、前記電気コネクタ(106,116)と前記バスバーの前記プレート(212,250,512,550)との間に生成され、
前記ヒューズを備える電路の各々は、前記対応するヒューズ(140,500)を通る請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ端子は二股端子(210,248)を備え、
前記ヒューズは、ヒューズブレード(142)を有する交換可能なヒューズ(140)を備え、
前記ヒューズは、前記トレイに除去可能に結合され、
前記ヒューズブレードは、前記ヒューズが前記トレイ(134)に結合されると、前記二股端子に結合される請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ(500)は、前記バスバー(506)の前記プレート(512,550)と前記ヒューズ端子との間に取り付けられるリセット可能ヒューズである請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。
- 更に、前記電気コネクタとしてワイヤハーネスコネクタ(106)を備え、
前記ワイヤハーネスコネクタは、複数のワイヤハーネス端子(300)を保持するハウジング(328)を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記トレイ(134)に結合され、
前記ワイヤハーネス端子は、集中バッテリ管理システム(112)へ配線されるように構成された対応するワイヤ(308)に終端され、
前記ワイヤハーネス端子は、前記対応するヒューズ(140,500)を介して前記バスバー(135,136,504,506)の前記プレート(212,250,512,550)に電気的に接続される請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ端子(210,248)は二股端子を備え、 前記ヒューズ(140)は、1対のヒューズブレード(142)を有する交換可能なヒューズを備え、
前記ヒューズは、前記トレイ(134)に除去可能に結合され、
前記ヒューズブレードは、前記ヒューズが前記トレイに結合されると、前記対応する二股端子とワイヤハーネス端子(300)に結合される請求項5に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ(500)は、前記バスバー(504,506)の前記プレート(512,550)と前記対応するヒューズ端子(510,548)との間に取り付けられたリセット可能ヒューズであり、
前記ワイヤハーネス端子は、前記ワイヤハーネスコネクタが前記トレイアセンブリへ結合されると、前記対応するヒューズ端子に直接結合される請求項5に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 更に、前記電気コネクタとして回路基板コネクタ(116)を備え、
前記回路基板コネクタは、回路基板(428)を保持するハウジング(430)を有し、
前記ハウジングは前記トレイに結合され、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板へ取付けられた複数の基板端子(410)を有し、
前記基板端子は、前記対応するヒューズを介して前記バスバーのプレート(212,250,512,550)に電気的に接続される請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ端子(210,248)は、二股端子(210,248)を備え、
前記ヒューズ(140)は、一対のヒューズブレード(142)を有する交換可能なヒューズを備え、
前記ヒューズは、前記トレイ(134)に除去可能に結合され、
前記ヒューズブレードは、前記対応する二股端子と基板端子(410)に結合されるように前記回路基板(428)を介して差し込まれる請求項8に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 前記ヒューズ(500)は、前記バスバー(504,506)の前記プレート(512,550)と前記対応するヒューズ端子(510,548)との間に取り付けられたリセット可能ヒューズであり、
前記基板端子は、前記回路基板コネクタ(116)が前記トレイアセンブリ(104)に結合されると、前記対応するヒューズ端子に直接結合される請求項8に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。 - 更に、少なくとも1個のバッテリセルの温度を測定するためのサーミスタセンサを有するサーミスタアセンブリ(144)を備え、
前記サーミスタアセンブリは、前記サーミスタセンサに結合され且つ前記電気コネクタ(106,116)への電気接続のために前記トレイコネクタ(138)内へ延出するサーミスタコンタクト(146)を含む請求項1に記載のバッテリコネクタシステム(100)。
