Claims (7)
- 夫々が正極セル端子及び負極セル端子(120,122)を有する複数のバッテリセル(102)と、
前記複数のバッテリセル上に取り付けられ、前記複数のバッテリセル間に架かるキャリア(230)であって、貫通して前記正極セル端子及び前記負極セル端子を露出する開口(236,238)を備えるトレイ(232)を有する前記キャリアと、
対応するトレイに受容される複数のバスバー(150)であって、夫々が、前記対応する開口を通って対応するバッテリセルの前記正極セル端子にレーザ溶接された正極板(152)と、前記対応する開口を通って異なるバッテリセルの前記負極セル端子にレーザ溶接された負極板(154)とを有する前記バスバーと
を含み、
前記キャリア(230)は、隣接するトレイ間にU形状のフレキシブルヒンジ(242)を含み、
前記ヒンジは、前記トレイと前記トレイによって保持された対応するバスバーとの間の相対移動を可能にし、
前記キャリア(230)は、前記キャリアの前部から前方に延在するフロントトレイ(244)を含み、
前記フロントトレイは、対応する前記バスバー(150)に結合されたバッテリ端子(300,320)を受容するバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記トレイ(232)は、対応するバスバー(150)を受容するポケット(234)を有し、
前記トレイは、前記ポケットに前記バスバーを固定するために前記ポケット内に延在するタブ(264)を有する請求項1のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記バスバー(150)はバイメタルバスバーである請求項1のバッテリパック(100)。
- 前記キャリア(230)は、複数の電圧検出ワイヤ(263)を有する電圧検出ワイヤハーネス(260)を保持し、
前記電圧検出ワイヤは、前記バスバーの電圧を検出するために、対応するバスバー(150)に接続される請求項1のバッテリパック(100)。 - 前記バスバー(150)の各々は、該バスバー(150)から延在する電圧検出コンタクト(156)を含み、
前記電圧検出コンタクトは、前記キャリア(230)によって保持された電圧検出ワイヤ(263)に接続される請求項1のバッテリパック(100)。 - 更に、前記キャリア(230)に受容され、対応する正極セル端子(120)に接続された正極バッテリ端子(320)と、前記キャリアに受容され、対応する負極セル端子(122)に接続された負極バッテリ端子(300)とを含み、
前記正極バッテリ端子及び前記負極バッテリ端子は、夫々、速結端(304、323)を有し、
前記バッテリパックは、更に、前記正極バッテリ端子及び前記負極バッテリ端子を電気的に接続するために前記正極バッテリ端子及び前記負極バッテリ端子の前記速結端に接続されたモジュール対モジュール端子(340)を含む請求項1のバッテリパック(100)。 - 更に、前記キャリア(230)に受容され、対応する正極セル端子(120)にレーザ溶接された正極バッテリ端子(320)を含み、
前記バッテリ端子は、電力端子(310)に対する電気的接続のための速結端(323)を有する請求項1のバッテリパック。
