Description
この工程では、ノズル31から繰出される線材12を保持して所定長さ引き出す。線材12はドラム45に巻き付けられ、ドラム45から繰出された線材12はテンションバー46の先端における線材ガイド46aに導かれ、その線材ガイド46aから回転部材39の挿通孔39aを貫通するように配線する。
この実施の形態では巻き付け工程とα巻コイル形成が同時に行われる場合を示す。
この工程では、α巻コイル17の両端における線材12を所定の長さに切断する。この切断は内カッタ筒71及び外カッタ筒76により行われ、巻初めの線材12と巻終わりの線材12は、別々に切断される。
この工程では、切断された線材12をコア11の鍔部11aに形成された電極11d,11eに重合させて接合する。この重合及び接合は、切断された巻初めの線材12と巻終わりの線材12が、それぞれ別々に行われる。

Claims (2)
- 線材(12)を繰出すノズル(31)と、前記ノズル(31)から繰出される線材(12)を回転して巻取る巻取り治具(20)とを備えたコイル製造装置において、
前記線材(12)が挿通可能な第一スリット(71d)が軸方向に伸びて形成され前記巻取り治具(20)と同軸に設けられて前記巻取り治具(20)とともに回転する円筒状の内カッタ筒(71)と、
前記線材(12)が挿通可能な第二スリット(76d)が軸方向に伸びて形成され前記内カッタ筒(71)の外側に重合するように設けられた回転不能な外カッタ筒(76)と
を備えたことを特徴とするコイル製造装置。 - 所定の巻数分の線材(12)をノズル(31)から引き出して蓄える蓄線手段(52)と、前記ノズル(31)又は前記蓄線手段(52)を巻取り治具(20)の周囲においてを回転させる回転手段(32)と、を更に備え、
前記回転手段(32)は、前記巻取り治具(20)の回転速度より速い速度で同方向に前記ノズル(31)又は前記蓄線手段(52)を回転させて、前記巻取り治具(20)に前記ノズル(31)から繰出される線材(12)及び前記蓄線手段(52))に蓄えられた線材(12)の双方を巻取るように構成された請求項1記載のコイル製造装置。
