Claims (5)
- ブラシ付きの電動機(1)と、
前記電動機の回転軸周りに配置された複数枚のブレード(21)、および前記複数枚のブレードを連結するとともに前記電動機が発生した回転駆動力を前記複数枚のブレードに伝達する主板(23)を有し、軸方向一端側から空気を吸引して径方向外側に向かって空気を吹き出すファン(2)と、
前記ファンを収容するとともに、車室内に吹き出される送風空気の送風通路(43)を形成するファンケーシング(4)と、
前記送風空気の一部を電動機冷却用空気として前記電動機の内部に導く冷却風導入通路(33)を内部に形成するともに、前記電動機冷却用空気を前記送風通路に戻す冷却風排出通路(34)を前記主板との間に形成する電動機ケーシング(3)とを備え、
前記主板は、前記電動機ケーシングに対向する面に形成されて、前記冷却風排出通路に向かって突出するファン側リブ(24)を備え、
前記電動機ケーシングは、前記ファンよりもファン径方向外側に形成されて、前記冷却風排出通路に向かって突出する電動機ケーシング側リブ(35)を備えることを特徴とする送風機。 - 前記ファン側リブと前記電動機ケーシング側リブは、ファン径方向に見て重ならない高さに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記ファン側リブは、ファン周方向に沿って環状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の送風機。
- 前記電動機ケーシング側リブは、ファン周方向に沿って環状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の送風機。
- 前記電動機ケーシング側リブは、ファン周方向の一部に切り欠き(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の送風機。
