Claims (2)
- 電動機(1)と、
前記電動機の回転軸周りに配置された複数枚のブレード(21)、および前記複数枚のブレードを連結するとともに前記電動機が発生した回転駆動力を前記複数枚のブレードに伝達する主板(22)を有し、軸方向一端側から空気を吸引して径方向外側に向かって空気を吹き出すファン(2)と、
前記ファンを収容するとともに、前記ファンの外周に渦巻き状のスクロール室(43)を形成するスクロールケーシング(4)と、
前記電動機を収容するとともに、前記主板に対向して配置される電動機ケーシング(3)とを備え、
前記主板は、前記電動機ケーシングに対向する面に配置され、ファン周方向に沿って環状に形成されるとともに前記電動機ケーシングに向かって突出するファン側リブ(23)を備え、
前記電動機ケーシングは、
前記主板に対向する面に配置され、ファン周方向に沿って環状に形成されるとともに前記主板に向かって突出する電動機側リブ(35)と、
前記電動機側リブと同心状に配置され、前記電動機側リブの径方向外側においてファン周方向に沿って環状に形成されるとともに前記主板に向かって突出する電動機側第2リブ(36)と、を含んで構成されており、
前記電動機側リブは、前記スクロール室における高圧領域に臨む部位に、前記電動機側リブの内周側空間と外周側空間とを連通させる切り欠き部(35a)を備え、
前記電動機側第2リブは、前記スクロール室における高圧領域に臨む部位に、前記電動機側第2リブの内周側空間と外周側空間とを連通させる外側切り欠き部(36b)を備えることを特徴とする送風機。 - 前記切り欠き部(35a)および前記外側切り欠き部(36b)は、ファン周方向において異なる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
