Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る結合部品の製造方法の第1実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明に係る結合部品の製造方法によって成形される結合部品100の構成の概略を模式的に示す断面図である。また、図2は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る結合部品100の製造方法における主要な工程の流れを示すフローチャートである。なお、本明細書において参照する各図は、本発明の理解を容易にするために一部の構成要素を誇張して表わすなど模式的に表している。このため、各構成要素間の寸法や比率などは異なっていることがある。
次に、本発明に係る結合部品の製造方法の第2実施形態について図8〜図11を用いて説明する。この第2実施形態においては、主として、上記第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 第1部材が有する孔部に第2部材が有する軸部を嵌合させて前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを結合させた結合部品の製造方法であって、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、
前記孔部と前記軸部とが互いに最初に嵌合し合う側の各先端部分に同各先端部分同士では互いに接することなく、かつ同各先端部分の奥側にそれぞれ張り出して形成された強圧入部に対して第2弱圧入代を有した弱圧入部をそれぞれ有するとともに、前記各強圧入部が前記第2弱圧入代よりも厚い第2強圧入代で構成されたものであり、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材における前記各弱圧入部と前記各強圧入部とを互いに圧入する第2弱圧入工程と、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に通電による電気抵抗熱を生じさせた状態で前記第1部材および前記第2部材における前記各強圧入部同士を互いに圧入する第2強圧入工程とを有することを特徴とする結合部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の結合部品の製造方法において、
前記第2弱圧入代は、
互いに嵌合し合う前記第1部材および前記第2部材間でバリが生じない重なり厚さに形成されていることを特徴とする結合部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の結合部品の製造方法において、
前記孔部と前記軸部とが互いに最初に嵌合し合う各先端部のうちの少なくとも一方の角部には、傾斜面または曲面からなる案内部が形成されていることを特徴とする結合部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のうちのいずれか1つに記載の結合部品の製造方法において、
前記弱圧入部は、
前記強圧入部に対して徐々に形状が変化する徐変部を有していることを特徴とする結合部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のうちのいずれか1つに記載の結合部品の製造方法において、
前記第2弱圧入工程は、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材のうちの少なくとも一方を前記嵌合方向に対して直交する方向に変位可能な状態で支持していることを特徴とする結合部品の製造方法。
