Claims (14)
- プレート熱交換器のためのプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法であって、
複数の第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び複数の第2熱交換器プレート(B)を設けるステップであって、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)のそれぞれがポートホール(8)を有し、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)のうちの少なくとも1つの前記ポートホール(8)は、周縁(20)によって、囲まれるステップと、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)を交互に並べて配置するステップであって、複数の前記周縁(20)が、一緒に、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)を通って延在するインレットチャネル(9)を画定するステップと、
前記プレート・パッケージ(P)を形成するために前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)を互いに連結するステップと、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)が互いに連結されている状態で、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び/又は前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記周縁(20)に少なくとも1つの貫通孔(25)を形成するステップと、を備えるプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの貫通孔(25)は、レーザービーム加工、電子ビーム加工又はプラズマ加工を用いた熱加工によって形成される、請求項1に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの貫通孔(25)は、パンチング加工又は孔あけ加工を用いた機械的加工によって形成される、請求項1に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記プレート・パッケージ(P)は、複数の第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び複数の第2熱交換器プレート(B)を含み、隣接する第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び第2熱交換器プレート(B)の各対(P1、P2)間に第1プレート合間(3)が形成され、隣接する第2熱交換器プレート(B)及び第1熱交換器プレート(A)の各対(P1、P2)間に第2プレート合間(4)が形成されるように、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)が互いに連結され、且つ並んで配置されて、前記第1プレート合間(3)及び第2プレート合間(4)は互いに離間しており、プレート・パッケージ(P)において交互に並んで設けられており、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び/又は前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記周縁(20)が、前記インレットチャネル(9)と前記第1プレート合間(3)とを連通可能とする流体通路(26)を形成する、少なくとも少なくとも1つの貫通孔(25)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 前記周縁(20)は、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)と一体的に形成されるフランジ部(21)である、請求項4に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記周縁(20)は、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)と恒久的に結合される縁状部(rim shaped item)である、請求項4に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)は、ろう付け、溶接、接着剤又はボンディングによって互いに連結される、請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 各周縁(20)の少なくとも一つの貫通孔(25)は、一つの単一熱交換器プレートの材料の厚みに対応する材料の厚みを有する周縁(20)の一部分において、又は少なくとも2つの熱交換器プレート(A、B)の材料の厚みに対応する材料の厚みを有する周縁(20)の一部分において配置される、請求項4〜7の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記周縁(20)は、前記インレットチャネル(9)の縦延長(L)と本質的に平行するか又は前記インレットチャネル(9)の縦延長(L)に対して本質的に直交する縦延長を有する重ね継手(22)を形成するように配置される、請求項4〜8の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。
- 前記周縁(20)は、自由エッジ部(23)を有し、
隣接する第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び第2熱交換器プレート(B)の一対を構成する第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び第2熱交換器プレート(B)が互いに連結して、
複数の前記自由エッジ部(23)が、
少なくとも部分的に重畳している状態において同一方向に、
少なくとも部分的に重畳している状態において反対方向に、又は
当接状態において反対方向に配置される、請求項4〜9の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 前記周縁(20)がフランジ部(21)を有し、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の第1対(P1)における前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)の前記フランジ部(21)が前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の第1対(P1)における前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記フランジ部(21)に少なくとも部分的に重畳するように配置され、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記第1対(P1)における前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記フランジ部(21)が前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の隣接の第2対(P2)における前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)の前記フランジ部(21)に少なくとも部分的に重畳するよう配置される、請求項4〜10の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 前記周縁(20)は、フランジ部(21)を有し、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の第1対(P1)における前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)の前記フランジ部(21)が前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の隣接する第2対(P2)における前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)の前記フランジ部(21)に少なくとも部分的に重畳するよう配置される、請求項4〜11の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 前記周縁(20)は、フランジ部(21)を有し、
前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の第1対(P1)における前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)の前記フランジ部(21)が、前記第1熱交換器プレート(A)及び前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記第1対(P1)における前記第2熱交換器プレート(B)の前記フランジ部(21)に少なくとも部分的に重畳するよう配置される、請求項4〜12の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法。 - 請求項4〜13の何れか一項に記載のプレート・パッケージ(P)を製造する方法を備えるプレート熱交換器を製造する方法。
