Claims (4)
- 隣接した第1及び第2ロッカアーム、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの一方を駆動するカム、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームを支持し、潤滑油路が形成されたロッカシャフト、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアーム間を進退して連結、非連結を切り替えるピン、
前記第2ロッカアーム側に前記ピンを付勢する付勢部材、
前記第2ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向とは逆方向に油圧を供給可能な切替油路、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの少なくとも一方に設けられたラッシュアジャスタ、
前記第1ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向に油圧を供給可能であり前記ラッシュアジャスタ内にも油圧を供給可能な供給油路、
を含む可変動弁装置と、
前記潤滑油路、前記切替油路、及び前記供給油路に油圧を供給可能な油圧ポンプと、
前記切替油路及び前記供給油路内の油圧を調整可能な油圧制御弁と、
内燃機関の駆動中に前記潤滑油路内の油圧よりも高い油圧を常時前記供給油路に供給するように前記油圧制御弁を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関が所定期間を超えて停止した後に始動してから前記ラッシュアジャスタ内の油圧が上昇するのに必要な期間が経過するまで、前記切替油路内の油圧の上昇を禁止する、内燃機関の制御装置。 - 隣接した第1及び第2ロッカアームと、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの一方を駆動するカムと、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームを支持し、潤滑油路が形成されたロッカシャフトと、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアーム間を進退して連結、非連結を切り替えるピンと、
前記第2ロッカアーム側に前記ピンを付勢する付勢部材と、
前記第2ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向とは逆方向に油圧を供給可能な切替油路と、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの少なくとも一方に設けられたラッシュアジャスタと、
前記第1ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ、内燃機関の駆動中に前記潤滑油路内の油圧よりも高い油圧を前記ピンに対して前記付勢部材の付勢方向に常時供給しつつ前記ラッシュアジャスタ内にも常時油圧を供給する供給油路と、を備え、
前記内燃機関が所定期間を超えて停止した後に始動してから前記ラッシュアジャスタ内の油圧が上昇するのに必要な期間が経過するまで、前記切替油路内の油圧の上昇が禁止される、内燃機関の可変動弁装置。 - 隣接した第1及び第2ロッカアーム、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームに挟まれた第3ロッカアーム、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの一方を駆動するカム、
前記第1、第2、及び第3ロッカアームを支持し、潤滑油路が形成されたロッカシャフト、
前記第3ロッカアームを通過せずに前記第1及び第2ロッカアーム間を進退して連結、非連結を切り替えるピン、
前記第2ロッカアーム側に前記ピンを付勢する付勢部材、
前記第2ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向とは逆方向に油圧を供給可能な切替油路、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの少なくとも一方に設けられたラッシュアジャスタ、
前記第1ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向に油圧を供給可能であり前記ラッシュアジャスタ内にも油圧を供給可能な供給油路、
を含む可変動弁装置と、
前記潤滑油路、前記切替油路、及び前記供給油路に油圧を供給可能な油圧ポンプと、
前記切替油路及び前記供給油路内の油圧を調整可能な油圧制御弁と、
内燃機関の駆動中に前記潤滑油路内の油圧よりも高い油圧を常時前記供給油路に供給するように前記油圧制御弁を制御する制御部と、を備えた内燃機関の制御装置。 - 隣接した第1及び第2ロッカアームと、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームに挟まれた第3ロッカアームと、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの一方を駆動するカムと、
前記第1、第2、及び第3ロッカアームを支持し、潤滑油路が形成されたロッカシャフトと、
前記第3ロッカアームを通過せずに前記第1及び第2ロッカアーム間を進退して連結、非連結を切り替えるピンと、
前記第2ロッカアーム側に前記ピンを付勢する付勢部材と、
前記第2ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ前記ピンに前記付勢部材の付勢方向とは逆方向に油圧を供給可能な切替油路と、
前記第1及び第2ロッカアームの少なくとも一方に設けられたラッシュアジャスタと、
前記第1ロッカアーム及び前記ロッカシャフトに設けられ、内燃機関の駆動中に前記潤滑油路内の油圧よりも高い油圧を前記ピンに対して前記付勢部材の付勢方向に常時供給しつつ前記ラッシュアジャスタ内にも常時油圧を供給する供給油路と、を備えた内燃機関の可変動弁装置。
