Claims (3)
- 排気弁を有した内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関に接続された排気通路と、
前記排気通路に設けられた過給機のタービンと、
前記タービンをバイパスするバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路を開閉するバイパス弁と、
排気行程の少なくとも一部の期間で前記排気弁を開状態にする第1モードと前記排気行程の少なくとも一部の期間で前記排気弁を開状態にすると共に吸気行程の少なくとも一部の期間で前記排気弁のリフト量を増大させてその後に閉じる第2モードとを切替可能な動弁装置と、
前記第2モードに切り替えて前記バイパス弁の開度を、全閉に制御する、又は前記第1モードでの前記バイパス弁の開度よりも閉じ側に制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態が不安定の場合には前記第2モードに切り替えて前記バイパス弁を閉じ、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態が安定している場合には前記第1モードに切り替え、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態が安定している場合に前記バイパス通路よりも下流側で前記排気通路に設けられた触媒の暖機の要求があった場合には前記第1モードで前記バイパス弁を開く、内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の回転速度の変化率に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼状態の安定性を判定する、請求項1の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の複数の気筒のそれぞれの筒内圧力に基づいて前記内燃機関の燃焼状態の安定性を判定する、請求項1又は2の内燃機関の制御装置。
