Claims (2)
- 燃料噴射弁(I)の前端部のノズル部(2)をエンジン(E)の噴射弁装着孔(10)に嵌装し、燃料噴射弁(I)の後端部の燃料導入部(4)に、エンジン(E)に支持される燃料分配管(D)の燃料供給キャップ(Da)を嵌装し、燃料噴射弁(I)には、その軸方向においてエンジン(E)に支持される第1荷重受け部(5a)と、前記燃料供給キャップ(Da)からセット荷重を受ける弾性支持部材(S)に支持される第2荷重受け部(5b)とを設けてなる、燃料噴射弁の支持構造において、
前記弾性支持部材(S)は、前記第2荷重受け部(5b)に設置されるベース板(15)と、このベース板(15)の一端から後方へ湾曲しつゝ他端に向かって延び、その頂部を前記燃料供給キャップ(Da)の前端面に圧接させる弾性片(16)とで構成し、前記ベース板(15)には、前記第2荷重受け部(5b)よりオーバハングしていて前記弾性片(16)の先端部(16ba)と常時当接することで、該先端部(16ba)を支承するオーバハング部(15a)を設け、このオーバハング部(15a)は、前記燃料供給キャップ(Da)から前記弾性片(16)を介して受ける荷重が所定値以上になると撓みを開始するようにしたことを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁の支持構造。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁の支持構造において、
前記オーバハング部(15a)には、前記第2荷重受け部(5b)に近接して狭幅部(15a1)を形成し、この狭幅部(15a1)に前記撓みが発生するようにしたことを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁の支持構造。
