Claims (3)
- 過給機本体と、
前記過給機本体に形成された軸受孔と、
前記軸受孔に回転自在に挿通され、一端にタービンインペラが設けられるとともに他端にコンプレッサインペラが設けられたタービン軸と、
前記軸受孔に収容され、前記タービン軸が挿通される挿通孔を有し、該タービン軸を回転自在に軸支し、該軸受孔内において相対的に前記タービンインペラ側に位置するタービン側軸受部および相対的に前記コンプレッサインペラ側に位置するコンプレッサ側軸受部が、該挿通孔の内周面に形成されるセミフローティングメタルと、
前記過給機本体のうち前記軸受孔の径方向外方に設けられ、内部を流通する潤滑油によって該過給機本体を冷却する冷却油路と、
前記コンプレッサ側軸受部を潤滑した潤滑油を前記冷却油路に導く第1導油路と、
前記冷却油路と前記軸受孔より上方で連通し、前記タービン側軸受部を潤滑した潤滑油を前記冷却油路に導く第2導油路と、
を備えたことを特徴とする過給機。 - 過給機本体と、
前記過給機本体に形成された軸受孔と、
前記軸受孔に回転自在に挿通され、一端にタービンインペラが設けられるとともに他端にコンプレッサインペラが設けられたタービン軸と、
前記軸受孔に収容され、前記タービン軸が挿通される挿通孔を有し、該タービン軸を回転自在に軸支し、該軸受孔内において相対的に前記タービンインペラ側に位置するタービン側軸受部および相対的に前記コンプレッサインペラ側に位置するコンプレッサ側軸受部が、該挿通孔の内周面に形成されるセミフローティングメタルと、
前記タービン軸と一体回転するスラストカラーと、
前記スラストカラーに対して前記タービン軸の軸方向に対向配置され、該スラストカラーを介して前記タービン軸のスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、
前記過給機本体のうち前記軸受孔の径方向外方に設けられ、内部を流通する潤滑油によって該過給機本体を冷却する冷却油路と、
前記コンプレッサ側軸受部および前記スラスト軸受のいずれか一方または双方を潤滑した潤滑油を前記冷却油路に導く第1導油路と、
前記冷却油路と前記軸受孔より上方で連通し、前記タービン側軸受部を潤滑した潤滑油を前記冷却油路に導く第2導油路と、
を備えたことを特徴とする過給機。 - 前記軸受孔の前記タービンインペラ側に設けられ、前記タービン側軸受部を潤滑した後の潤滑油が留まる貯油部をさらに備え、
前記第2導油路は、前記貯油部に連通していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の過給機。
