Claims (9)
- 内燃機関において燃料を調量するための装置であって、燃料分配器(11)が設けられていて、該燃料分配器(11)が、流路(13)と、該流路(13)に接続された少なくとも1つの流出開口(14)とを有しており、前記燃料分配器(11)に接続された、燃料を調量するための少なくとも1つの弁(12)が設けられていて、該弁(12)が、前記流出開口(14)に接続するための接続管片(15)を有しており、前記燃料分配器(11)と前記弁(12)とを前記接続管片(15)と前記流出開口(14)との当接領域において互いに圧力密に接続する接続手段が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
前記接続手段が、前記流出開口(14)を包囲する座面(22)と、該座面(22)上に載るヘッド面(231)およびアンダカット(232)を備えた、前記接続管片(15)に形成された接続ヘッド(23)と、前記燃料分配器(11)に固定された締付ねじ(27)のための少なくとも1つのねじ山付き孔(26)を備えた、前記アンダカット(232)に係合するフランジエレメント(24)と、前記弁(12)に固定された保持部材(25)とを有しており、前記保持部材(25)内に、前記締付ねじ(27)に対して正しい位置に位置決めされた前記ねじ山付き孔(26)を備えた前記フランジエレメント(24)が形状締結式に配置されていて、
前記締付ねじ(27)を前記ねじ山付き孔(26)に締め付けることにより、前記フランジエレメント(24)が、前記アンダカット(232)を介して前記ヘッド面(231)を、前記座面(22)に押し付けることを特徴とする、燃料を調量するための装置。 - 前記フランジエレメント(24)が前記保持部材(25)内に係止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジエレメント(24)が偏平部材であって、前記保持部材(25)が、前記フランジエレメント(24)のための少なくとも1つの載設面(28)と、前記フランジエレメント(24)を把持する複数の係止フック(29)とを有しており、これらの係止フック(29)が、少なくとも1つの載設面(28)から軸方向に突き出すフックウエブ(291)と、該フックウエブ(291)から半径方向で内方に突き出す係止突起(292)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記フックウエブ(291)と前記フランジエレメント(24)との間に、フランジエレメント(24)を位置決めする形状締結部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジエレメント(24)が、弁軸線に対して鏡像対称的に構成されていて、直径方向に配置された2つの載設面(28)と、貫通孔(30)内に形成され、かつ前記接続ヘッド(23)に設けられた前記アンダカット(232)に対応する圧着面(32)を備えた前記接続管片(15)のための中央の貫通孔(30)と、直径方向に配置された2つのねじ山付き孔(26)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記フランジエレメント(24)が、前記接続ヘッド(23)の前記アンダカット(232)に係合するそれぞれ1つの圧着面(321,322)を備えた、前記接続管片(15)をフォーク状に把持する2つのフォークアーム(241,242)と、これらのフォークアーム(241,242)を互いに接続するフォーク背部(243)とを有していて、該フォーク背部(243)に前記ねじ山付き孔(26)が形成されており、前記保持部材(25)はそれぞれ、前記フォーク背部(243)のための、および前記2つのフォークアーム(241,242)の各端部のための3つの載設面(28)と、3つの係止フック(29)とを有しており、これらの係止フック(29)のそれぞれ1つが、前記フォーク背部(243)および前記2つのフォークアーム(241,242)の一端部を把持することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記保持部材(25)が、前記弁(12)に射出成形されたプラスチック射出成形部(21)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記流出開口(14)の座面(22)が円錐形状を有していて、前記接続ヘッド(23)のヘッド面(231)が球形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記座面(22)および前記ヘッド面(231)が金属より成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
