Claims (15)
- コモンレール噴射システムの少なくとも1つの高圧配管を燃料噴射装置の入口ボアに接続するための入口コネクタであって、
前記入口ボア(6)に接続可能な圧力管(7)と、前記少なくとも1つの高圧配管に対する接続部(5)を備える筐体(8)とは、摺動座を形成するように互いに接続されることを特徴とする、入口コネクタ。 - 前記摺動座は、実質的に封止可能に協働する2つの円筒形封止面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 前記圧力管(7)及び前記筐体(8)は、前記円筒形封止面に沿って軸方向に互いに対して自由に移動可能であること特徴とする、請求項2に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 前記2つの円筒形封止面は、小さな外径を持つように設計された筐体(8)又は前記圧力管(7)の一部(16)の外殻と、それぞれ他の部分内に形成されるボアの内面とによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 小さな外径を持つように設計された前記圧力管(7)の前記部分(16)の前記壁厚は、前記圧力管(7)の残り部分と比べて薄くなるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 小さな外径を持つように設計された前記圧力管(7)の前記部分(16)の前記壁厚は、前記部分の内径の30%から70%の間となることを特徴とする、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 小さな外径を持つように設計された前記圧力管の前記部分(16)を受け入れる前記ボアは、前記筐体(8)内にねじ込まれる挿入部内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 小さな外径を持つように設計された前記部分(16)によって形成される段部において、前記圧力管(7)は、ねじ込み工具を使用する目的で、円形でない断面、特に六角形の断面(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 前記筐体(8)は、流量リミッター(13)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 前記筐体(8)は、前記筐体(8)を前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)に固定するためのボアを有するフランジを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の入口コネクタ。
- 高圧貯蔵装置(コモンレール)と、内燃機関の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するためのシリンダ・ヘッド内に固定された少なくとも1つの噴射装置と、前記高圧貯蔵装置からの供給を受ける少なくとも1つの高圧配管とを含むコモンレール噴射システムを有する内燃機関であって、
前記少なくとも1つの高圧配管は、請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載の入口コネクタ(4)を介して前記噴射装置の入口ボア(6)に接続され、前記入口コネクタ(4)は、前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)の横断ボア(3)を横断することを特徴とする、内燃機関。 - 前記入口コネクタ(4)は、半径方向の遊びのある前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)の前記ボア(3)内に受け入れられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)の前記横断ボア(3)の前記縁と重なる部分、特に前記入口コネクタ(4)の前記筐体(8)の前記フランジは、挟装された封止要素を介して前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の内燃機関。
- 漏れ出口ボアは、好ましくは前記入口コネクタ(4)の前記摺動座の領域内で、前記シリンダ・ヘッド(2)の前記横断ボア(3)から離れることを特徴とする、請求項11、請求項12、又は請求項13に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記圧力管(7)は、前記噴射装置の前記入口ボア(6)に接続するために前記噴射装置本体部(1)内にねじ込まれることを特徴とする、請求項11から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
