Description
Claims (15)
- ステータ用コアを形成するために継手を使用して接続される複数のセグメントを有する電気機械用ステータであって、セグメントそれぞれは並置して配置されて軸方向両端面を有するラミネーションスタックを形成する複数のラミネーションを備え、ラミネーションスタックはラミネーションスタックの軸方向面と当接するエンドキャップを有し、エンドキャップはエンドキャップから軸方向外側に伸びる第1および第2のポストを有し、ポストの少なくとも一方はスタックの周囲に巻回されるワイヤのワイヤ経路を画定し、継手それぞれはブリッジ部を備え、ブリッジ部は、継手がステータアセンブリのセグメントのエンドキャップのポストおよび隣接セグメントのエンドキャップのポストに取り外し可能に取り付けられるようにポストを受承できる寸法の開口部を有し、継手はブリッジ部から突出する絶縁体部を有し、絶縁体部は継手が隣接セグメントに取り外し可能に取り付けられた時に隣接セグメント間に伸びる、ステータ。
- エンドキャップが、ラミネーションスタックの周囲にオーバーモールドされる絶縁材を含む、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 絶縁材が、ラミネーションスタックの大部分を覆う、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- ラミネーションスタックの軸方向反対面に配置される第2のエンドキャップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 第1および第2のエンドキャップが、ラミネーションスタックの周囲にオーバーモールドされる絶縁材を含む、請求項4に記載のステータ。
- 第2のエンドキャップが、反対面のエンドキャップと同じように配置された第1および第2のポストを有する、請求項5に記載のステータ。
- 第2の継手をさらに備え、第2の継手がセグメントの第2のエンドキャップのポストおよび隣接セグメントの第2のエンドキャップのポストに取り外し可能に取り付けられるように、第2の継手は第2のエンドキャップのポストを受承する寸法の開口部を有するブリッジ部を含む、請求項6に記載のステータ。
- 継手ブリッジ部の絶縁体部が、隣接するセグメントの軸方向長さに沿って伸びる、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 継手の開口部の1つが、スロットを備える、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- ポストと継手開口部が、スタックのラミネーションの歯部がステータの中心軸と半径方向に位置合わせされるようにステータに対してセグメントを配向することができる協働形状を有する、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 継手ブリッジ部が、ポストの少なくとも1つと共に、スタックの周囲に巻回されるワイヤのワイヤ経路を画定する導管を有する、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 継手ブリッジ部の導管が、継手ブリッジ部の中央に形成される、請求項11に記載のステータ。
- 継手ブリッジ部の導管が、継手ブリッジ部に形成された溝を備える、請求項11に記載のステータ。
- 継手絶縁体部が、継手ブリッジ部の中央から突出する、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 継手ブリッジ部が、ブリッジ部から半径方向に伸びるワイヤ保持タブを有する、請求項1に記載のステータ。
