Claims (12)
- 電気伝導性材料組成物を形成するための方法であって、
変性ナノコンダクター(100)を形成するために、第1の官能基をナノコンダクター(100)の表面(104)上に導入することと、
前記変性ナノコンダクター(100)と、分散剤とを混合することとを含み、
前記分散剤は少なくとも第2の官能基と第3の官能基を有し、混合中に前記変性ナノコンダクター(100)の表面(104)上の第1の官能基が前記分散剤と反応して第2の官能基又は第3の官能基と共有結合を形成し、
前記分散剤は、R2−R1−R3の構造を有し、R1は置換又は非置換の脂肪族又は芳香族ヒドロカルビレン基であり、R2及びR3は、塩化アセチル、カルボキシル、エステル、イソシアネート、ビニル、アクリレート、アミン、アルデヒド及びヒドロキシルからなる群より独立に選択される官能基であり、
前記電気伝導性材料組成物はポリマー基材に塗られるためのものであって、反応せずに残った前記分散剤上の官能基は、前記ポリマー基材と化学的に反応して共有結合を形成する、方法。 - 前記ナノコンダクター(100)が透明な伝導性酸化物、カーボンコンダクター、金属及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明な伝導性酸化物が酸化インジウムスズ、ドープ酸化亜鉛、酸化カドミウム、アンチモン添加酸化スズ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンコンダクターがグラフェン、炭素、ナノチューブ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が銀、銅、ニッケル、金及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性材料組成物が0.5重量%から90重量%の前記変性ナノコンダクター(100)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性材料組成物が溶剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤がメタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、N−ジメチルホルムアミド、2−イソプロポキシエタノール、テトラヒドロフラン、アセトニトリル、アセトン、エチレングリコール、2−メトキシエタノール、トルエン、キシレン、ベンゼン、トリエチルアミン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性材料組成物が0.1重量%から95重量%の溶剤を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性材料組成物が10重量%から90重量%の分散剤を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変性ナノコンダクター(100)の表面(104)の前記第1の官能基がヒドロキシル、アクリレート、エポキシ基、エステル、アミン、メルカプト、塩化スルホニル、ビニル及びカルボキシル基からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性材料組成物がペースト又はインクである、請求項1に記載の方法。
