(2) 前記浸透圧活性物質は、塩、糖類を含む粒子形状の水溶性物質、または弾性チューブ中のこれらの物質の高濃縮された溶液である、実施態様1に記載の結合部材。
(3) 前記浸透圧活性物質が塩である場合には、前記塩が、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、およびリン酸三カルシウムのうちのいずれか一つである、実施態様1に記載の結合部材。
(4) 前記架橋エラストマーは、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、エラスチン、およびコラーゲンのうちのいずれか一つである、実施態様1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(5) 前記架橋エラストマーは、シリコーンである、実施態様1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(6) 前記メッシュは、前記コア(41)の周囲に螺旋状に配置された糸(43)を含む、実施態様1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(7) 前記糸(43)は、編み込まれた糸、または織り交ぜ糸である、実施態様6に記載の結合部材。
(8) 前記糸(43)は、伸張されたポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィン、ポリアラミド、拡張されたもしくは密にハロゲン化されたポリマー、および高強度ラダーポリマーからなる群より選択される、分解性ポリマーまたは非分解性ポリマーから形成される、実施態様6または7に記載の結合部材。
(9) 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して5度〜50度の角度で方向付けられている、実施態様6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(10) 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して10度〜40度の角度で方向付けられている、実施態様6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(11) 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して20度〜35度の角度で方向付けられている、実施態様6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(12) 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して30度の角度で方向付けられている、実施態様6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(13) 前記コア(41)の膨潤は、前記糸(43)によって取り囲まれている前記コア(41)を太くさせる化学的プロセスおよび物理的プロセスによって引き起こされる、実施態様1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。
(14) 前記コアは、溶融物または溶液から押し出し成形されるポリマー糸から形成され、
前記浸透圧活性物質は、押し出し成形前に前記ポリマーの塊へと同時押し出し成形されるか、または混合される、実施態様1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の結合部材。

Claims (14)
- ジャケット(42)により取り囲まれたコア(41)を含む結合部材(40)であって、
前記コア(41)は膨潤性材料であり、
前記ジャケット(42)はメッシュを含み、
前記膨潤性材料は、浸透圧活性物質が組み込まれた架橋エラストマーであり、前記浸透圧活性物質は、ポリマー中で5%〜75%の体積濃度を有する、結合部材。 - 前記浸透圧活性物質は、塩、糖類を含む粒子形状の水溶性物質、または弾性チューブ中のこれらの物質の高濃縮された溶液である、請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 前記浸透圧活性物質が塩である場合には、前記塩が、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、およびリン酸三カルシウムのうちのいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 前記架橋エラストマーは、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、エラスチン、およびコラーゲンのうちのいずれか一つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 前記架橋エラストマーは、シリコーンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 前記メッシュは、前記コア(41)の周囲に螺旋状に配置された糸(43)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 前記糸(43)は、編み込まれた糸、または織り交ぜ糸である、請求項6に記載の結合部材。

- 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して20度〜35度の角度で方向付けられている、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 前記糸(43)は、休止状態では、前記結合部材(40)の長手方向に対して30度の角度で方向付けられている、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
