Abstract
【解決手段】メッシュ状構造13からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、第1の材料は第2の材料を取り囲み、第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能である。結合部材10は収縮可能である。結合部材は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される。

Claims (24)
- 外科用途のための縫合材料として用いられる、長手方向に伸長する結合部材(40, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200)であって、
前記結合部材は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料(42, 162, 163, 164, 181, 183)と、第1の材料(42, 162, 163, 164, 181, 183)に結合された第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)とから構成され、
第1の材料(42, 162, 163, 164, 181, 183)は第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)を取り囲み、
第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
結合部材(40, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200)は収縮可能であり、それにより、
結合部材(40, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200)は、第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)に結合された第1の材料(42, 162, 163, 164, 181, 183)の直径をより大きくして第1の材料(42, 162, 163, 164, 181, 183)を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料(41, 165/166, 175/176, 165/186)の膨潤によって収縮される、
結合部材。 - 第2の材料は、
熱可塑性のエラストマーあるいは交差結合のあるエラストマーあるいは塩結晶が含まれるゲルあるいは少なくとも部分的に水溶性物質を含むゲルの糸状(filamentary)のポリマー材からなるコア、
あるいは、
膨張物質または浸透活性物質が充填された管を有するコア、
あるいは、
弾性、可塑的または幾何学的に半径方向に伸張可能な膜によって限定される、ゲル充填あるいはマトリックス充填からなるコア
からなるグループから選択されたコアである、請求項1に記載の結合部材。 - 第2の材料は、半透過性または選択的透過性あるいは拡散制限膜あるいは浸透膜で取り囲まれている、請求項1または2に記載の結合部材。
- 管は区分けされたチャンバを形成するように一定間隔で細くなっている、請求項2に記載の結合部材。
- 短期間の張力負荷は、1分未満の第1の期間にわたって増大しおよび/または減少する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 結合部材は、閾値を下回る張力が作用するときにゆっくり収縮しあるいは引張られるが、閾値張力を上回る短期間の張力負荷に晒されるときに略硬質である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 第2の材料は数本の中間織の膨潤可能な糸からなり、各糸が第1の材料により取り囲まれる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 第2の材料は、吸湿性材料または吸湿性封入体を有する疎水性材料を含む膨潤材料からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 第2の材料が半透膜または拡散制限膜によって取り囲まれる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 第2の材料は、膨潤材料を取り囲んで封入する又は膨潤材料により取り囲まれて封入される織物構造からなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 織物構造は織りまたは編み構造である、請求項10に記載の結合部材。
- 第1の材料は、それぞれが第2の材料の膨潤可能な構成部材によって取り囲まれる複数のコア糸を備え、膜が、各コア糸を個別に取り囲み、あるいは、コア糸の全てを取り囲み、あるいは、これらの糸を随意的に封入する編み込まれた剪断可能なマルチフィラメント糸構造を用いてコア糸の全てを取り囲む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 第2の材料は、浸透または拡散作用によって環境へと解放可能な1つ以上の活性物質を含み、あるいは、第2の材料は、第2の材料の膨潤下で増大する作用圧によってコアから放出可能な活性物質小胞内の1つ以上の活性物質を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の結合部材。
- 長手方向に伸長する複数の結合部材によって形成される、糸、不織布、織布、ブレード、編地、刺繍織布、および/またはメッシュの織構造体からなる人工装具材料であって、
前記結合部材は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、
第1の材料は第2の材料を取り囲み、
第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
結合部材は収縮可能であり、それにより、
結合部材は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される、
人工装具材料。 - 哺乳類および他の動物に対して適用される、組織および/または人工装具材料を縫合するための、長手方向に伸長する結合部材であって、
前記結合部材は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、
第1の材料は第2の材料を取り囲み、
第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
結合部材は収縮可能であり、それにより、
結合部材は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される、
結合部材。 - 長手方向に伸長する複数の結合部材によって形成される、糸、不織布、織布、ブレード、編地、刺繍織布、および/またはメッシュの織構造体からなる人工装具材料であって、
前記結合部材は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、

第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
結合部材は収縮可能であり、それにより、
結合部材は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される、
人口装具材料。 - 経時的に短くなる糸を備える組織であって、
前記糸は長手方向に伸長し、
前記糸は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、
第1の材料は第2の材料を取り囲み、
第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
糸は収縮可能であり、それにより、
糸は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される、
組織。 - 組織は、心臓を含む器官を取り囲むための袋である、請求項17に記載の組織。
- 組織が筋膜隙間のために設けられる、請求項17または18に記載の組織。
- 組織が腱または筋膜欠陥のための橋渡し接ぎ木である、請求項17、18または19に記載の組織。
- 組織は、人工皮膚または培養された皮膚または他の皮膚閉塞材料と組み合わせた皮膚欠陥の閉塞である、請求項17〜20のいずれか一項に記載の組織。
- 組織は、動脈瘤における血管周囲のカフ、胆管または胆嚢の周囲のカフ、腸の一部または胃の周囲のカフである、請求項17〜21のいずれか一項に記載の組織。
- 組織は、サポートストッキングとして、傷跡修正等のためのやけどの被覆材としての外的用途である、請求項17〜22のいずれか一項に記載の組織。
- 物品の包装または固定のためのテンションメッシュまたは織膜を形成するための引張糸であって、
前記引張糸は長手方向に伸長し、
引張糸は、メッシュ状構造からなる第1の材料と、第1の材料に結合された第2の材料とから構成され、
第1の材料は第2の材料を取り囲み、
第2の材料は化学的および/または物理的作用により該第2の材料を太くする膨潤が可能であり、そして
引張糸は収縮可能であり、それにより、
引張糸は、第2の材料に結合された第1の材料の直径をより大きくして第1の材料を長手方向に縮ませる第2の材料の膨潤によって収縮される、
