Description
Aは−O−(CFRf3−CFRf4)−、−(CFRf5−CFRf6)−、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択され、
Rf1〜Rf6は、それぞれ独立して、フルオロ基、炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、およびフッ素化された炭素数1〜4のアルキル基からなる群より選択され、
xおよびyは、それぞれ独立して、1〜100,000の整数である。
0.90≦a≦1.8、および0.001≦b≦0.1である)、LiaMn2GbO4(前記式において、0.90≦a≦1.8、および0.001≦b≦0.1である)、QO2、QS2、LiQS2、V2O5、LiV2O5、LiTO2、LiNiVO4、Li(3−f)J2(PO4)3(0≦f≦2)、Li(3−f)Fe2(PO4)3(0≦f≦2)、およびLiFePO4。
グラファイト活物質とアラミド系バインダ、Nafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)を94:5.5:0.5の重量比で水と混合して負極活物質スラリーを製造し、この負極活物質スラリーを銅集電体にコーティングした後、乾燥と圧延とを経て、負極極板を製造した。
実施例1と同じ製造方法によって電池を製造し、負極活物質スラリー製造時にNafion(登録商標)は添加しなかった。
前記実施例1で製造された負極極板を用いて18650型円形電池を製造した。正極としてはLiMn2O4を用い、図1のような形態で中間にセパレータを挿入して巻いてカン(can)に挿入した後、電解液を注入し、封止して電池を製造した。電解液はEC(エチレンカーボネート)/DMC(ジメチルカーボネート)/EMC(エチルメチルカーボネート)=3/4/3(体積比)を用い、FEC(フルオロエチレンカーボネート)添加剤が5体積%で入っている。
前記実施例2でNafion(登録商標)を負極に添加せず、正極スラリー製造時にNafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)を添加した。正極組成比はLiMn2O4、バインダ、導電材、Nafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)の順に96:1.5:2:0.5であり、その他の製造方法は実施例2と同じである。
前記実施例2で負極活物質スラリー製造時にNafion(登録商標)を入れずに製造し、前記負極活物質スラリーを負極の集電体上にコーティングして厚さ100μmの負極活物質層を形成した。前記負極活物質層上に前記Nafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液を300nmの厚さでスプレーコーティングした。前記Nafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液は1−プロパノールと水との混合溶媒を用い、15重量%濃度のNafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液となるように製造した。その他には実施例2と同じ方法によって18650型円形電池を製造した。
前記実施例3で正極活物質スラリー製造時にNafion(登録商標)を入れずに製造し、前記正極活物質スラリーを正極の集電体上にコーティングして、厚さ100μmの正極活物質層を形成した。前記正極活物質層上にNafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液を300nmの厚さでスプレーコーティングした。前記Nafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液は1−プロパノールと水の混合溶媒を用い、15重量%濃度のNafion(登録商標)117(DuPont社)溶液となるように製造した。その他は実施例3と同じ方法によって18650型円形電池を製造した。
前記製造例2で製造された負極活物質を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同じように18650型円形電池を製造した。

Claims (9)
- 活物質、および
下記化学式(1)で表される構造単位を有する共重合体を含み、
前記活物質は、結晶質炭素、非晶質炭素、またはこれらの組み合わせである負極活物質、またはリチウムマンガン系酸化物である正極活物質であり、
前記共重合体の含有量は、前記活物質100重量部に対して0.1〜0.5重量部である、リチウム二次電池用電極。
Aは、−O−(CFRf3−CFRf4)−、−(CFRf5−CFRf6)−、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択され、
Rf1〜Rf6は、それぞれ独立して、フルオロ基、炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、およびフッ素化された炭素数1〜4のアルキル基からなる群より選択され、
xおよびyは、それぞれ独立して、1〜100,000の整数である。) - 前記共重合体は、Nafion(登録商標)N1110、Nafion(登録商標)N117、Nafion(登録商標)N115、Nafion(登録商標)NR−212、Nafion(登録商標)NR−211、Nafion(登録商標)XL−100、Nafion(登録商標)NR50 1100EW、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される物質を含む、請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記共重合体および前記活物質の混合物を含む活物質層を含むものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 活物質層およびコーティング層を含み、前記コーティング層は、前記共重合体を前記活物質層上に直接にコーティングして形成されたものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記活物質層は、前記共重合体および前記活物質の混合物を含む、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記共重合体は、前記活物質層内において、前記コーティング層との界面側の濃度が高くなるように存在する、請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記コーティング層の厚さは、前記活物質層の0.1%〜10%である、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極からなる第1電極、第2電極、セパレータ、および電解質を含む、リチウム二次電池。
