ガラス基板テープにおいて、
前記薄ガラス基板は、少なくとも2つの薄ガラス片(12,13,22,23,32,33)のアレイからなり、
前記ポリマーテープは、接着フィルム(14,15,24,25,34,35)であり、
前記薄ガラス片(12,13,22,23,32,33)の厚さは、350μm以下であり、
前記薄ガラス片(12,13,22,23,32,33)は、前記第1表面及び/又は前記第2表面において、1nm以下の二乗平均粗さ値(RMS)Rqを有し、
前記ガラス基板テープ(1a,1b,2a,2b,3a,3b)は、蛇腹折りで積層されている、又は、巻き上げられており、

・前記薄ガラス片を接着フィルム(14,15,24,25,34,35)の上に位置決め及び接触させるステップと、
・前記ガラス基板テープ(1a,1b,2a,2b,3a,3b)を巻き上げて1つのロールにするステップと、
を有し、
前記ガラス基板テープが巻き上げられた状態における、引張応力と圧縮応力との間の中立相を、前記薄ガラス基板と前記接着フィルムとの間の界面である接着層に位置付け、
このために、前記接着フィルムの厚さDpと、前記薄ガラス基板の厚さDgと、前記接着フィルムのポアソン比vpと、前記薄ガラス基板のポアソン比vgと、前記接着フィルムの弾性係数Epと、前記薄ガラス基板の弾性係数Egと、を、以下の式:
