Claims (11)
- ガラス基板を加工する方法において、
(I)ガラス基板と、該ガラス基板の一部分に10N/cm未満の剥離力で取外し可能に取り付けられたタブであって、該ガラス基板の一部分に取り付けられた取付部分および係合部分を含む前記タブとを得る工程、
(II)前記ガラス基板の位置を前記係合部分で操作する工程、および
(III)前記ガラス基板に損傷を与えずに、該ガラス基板の一部分から前記タブの取付部分を解放することによって、該タブを該ガラス基板の一部分から取り外す工程、
(IV)前記工程(III)の後に75℃超の温度範囲内で前記ガラス基板を加工する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記工程(III)が、前記ガラス基板の一部分から前記タブ全体を取り外す工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程(IV)の後に、前記ガラス基板に保護部材を施す工程(V)をさらに含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記工程(III)の後に、保護部材を前記ガラス基板に施す工程(IV)をさらに含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記工程(IV)の後に、貯蔵ロールに前記ガラス基板を巻き取る工程(V)をさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- ガラス基板を加工する方法において、
(I)第1の表面と該第1の表面から見て外方に向く第2の表面との間に画成された厚さを有する一部分を含むガラス基板を得る工程、
(II)前記ガラス基板の一部分の前記第1の表面に第1のタブの第1の区域を取外し可能に取り付けて、該ガラス基板の一部分の該第1の表面からの該第1のタブの第1の区域の10N/cm未満の第1の剥離力を提供する工程、
(III)前記ガラス基板の一部分の前記第2の表面に第2のタブの第1の区域を取外し可能に取り付けて、該ガラス基板の一部分の該第2の表面からの該第2のタブの第1の区域の10N/cm未満の第2の剥離力を提供する工程、および
(IV)前記第1のタブの第2の区域が前記第2のタブの第2の区域に、前記第1の剥離力および前記第2の剥離力よりも大きい第3の剥離力で付着している状態で、前記ガラス基板を貯蔵ロールに螺旋巻きにする工程、
を有し、
該ガラス基板は、75℃超の温度範囲内で加工可能なものであることを特徴とするてなる方法。 - 前記貯蔵ロールから前記ガラス基板を解くと同時に、該ガラス基板の一部分の前記第1の表面から前記第1のタブを、該ガラス基板の一部分の前記第2の表面から前記第2のタブを解放する工程(V)をさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- ガラス器具において、
75℃超の温度範囲内で加工可能なガラス基板、および
係合部分と、10N/cm未満の第1の剥離力で前記ガラス基板の一部分に取り付けられている取付部分とを含む取外し可能なタブ、
を備えたガラス器具。 - 前記タブの係合部分が、互いに取り付けられた第1の要素と第2の要素から形成されている、請求項8記載のガラス器具。
- 前記係合部分の前記第1の要素および前記第2の要素が、前記第1の剥離力より大きい第2の剥離力で互いに取り付けられている、請求項9記載のガラス器具。
- 前記取り外し可能なタブが、前記係合部分の前記第1の要素及び前記第2の要素の間に位置する折返し部分を有する、請求項10記載のガラス器具。
