Description
n層(nは2以上30以下の整数)のガラスフィルム層とそれぞれの該ガラスフィルム層間に存在する(n−1)層の樹脂層とを有する積層ガラス基板であって、
前記ガラスフィルム層の各厚さが0.01〜0.1mmであり、
前記樹脂層の各厚さが隣接するガラスフィルム層のいずれよりも薄く、
前記樹脂層がシリコーン樹脂の層であり、
前記シリコーン樹脂が、アルケニル基を有するオルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンと、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンとの組み合わせからなる付加反応型シリコーンの硬化物であり、
前記オルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンが、下記式(1)で表されるもの、および/または下記式(2)で表されるものを含み、
前記オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンが、下記式(3)で表されるものを含む、積層ガラス基板が提供される。
式(1)中、aは0以上の整数を表し、bは0以上の整数を表す。
式(2)中、cは2以上の整数を表し、dは0以上の整数を表す。
式(3)中、eは0以上の整数を表し、fは1以上の整数を表す。
実施例1では、縦100mm、横20mm、厚さ0.1mm、平均線膨張係数38×10−7/℃のガラスフィルム(旭硝子株式会社製、AN100)を3枚用意した。3枚のガラスフィルムを純水洗浄した後、2枚のガラスフィルム上に、それぞれ、無溶剤付加反応型シリコーン(信越シリコーン社製、KNS−320A)100質量部と白金系触媒(信越シリコーン社製、CAT−PL−56)2質量部との混合物をスピンコータにより塗工した(塗工量10g/m2)。
実施例2では、縦100mm、横20mm、厚さ0.05mm、平均線膨張係数38×10−7/℃のガラスフィルム(旭硝子株式会社製、AN100)を6枚用意し、6枚のガラスフィルムを純水洗浄した後、実施例1と同様に、5枚のガラスフィルム上に、それぞれ、実施例1で用いた付加反応型シリコーンの混合物をスピンコータにて塗工した(塗工量5g/m2)。
比較例1では、縦100mm、横20mm、厚さ0.4mm、平均線膨張係数38×10−7/℃のガラス基板(旭硝子株式会社製、AN100)を用意し、このガラス基板のフレキシブル性について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。評価の結果、ガラス基板の最小曲げ半径は、217mmであった。この結果から、実施例1及び2の積層ガラス基板は、従来のガラス基板に比べて、フレキシブル性が有意に改善されることが示された。

- n層(nは2以上30以下の整数)のガラスフィルム層とそれぞれの該ガラスフィルム層間に存在する(n−1)層の樹脂層とを有する積層ガラス基板であって、
前記ガラスフィルム層の各厚さが0.01〜0.1mmであり、
前記樹脂層の各厚さが隣接するガラスフィルム層のいずれよりも薄く、
前記樹脂層がシリコーン樹脂の層であり、
前記シリコーン樹脂が、アルケニル基を有するオルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンと、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンとの組み合わせからなる付加反応型シリコーンの硬化物であり、
前記オルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンが、下記式(1)で表されるもの、および/または下記式(2)で表されるものを含み、
前記オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンが、下記式(3)で表されるものを含む、積層ガラス基板。
式(1)中、aは0以上の整数を表し、bは0以上の整数を表す。
式(2)中、cは2以上の整数を表し、dは0以上の整数を表す。
式(3)中、eは0以上の整数を表し、fは1以上の整数を表す。 - 前記nが3以上である、請求項1記載の積層ガラス基板。
- 前記積層ガラス基板の厚さが0.4mm以下である、請求項1又は2記載の積層ガラス基板。
- 前記樹脂層の各厚さが1〜50μmである、請求項1〜3いずれか一項記載の積層ガラス基板。
- 前記ガラスフィルム層の各厚さが0.01〜0.05mmである、請求項1〜4いずれか一項記載の積層ガラス基板。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか一項記載の積層ガラス基板を備える電子デバイス。
- 各厚さが0.01〜0.1mmのn枚(nは2以上30以下の整数)のガラスフィルムをそれぞれの該ガラスフィルム間に(n−1)層の硬化性樹脂層を介在させて積層し、硬化性樹脂を硬化させる積層ガラス基板の製造方法であって、
前記硬化性樹脂層の各厚さを硬化後の樹脂層の各厚さが隣接するガラスフィルムのいずれよりも薄いものとし、
前記樹脂層がシリコーン樹脂の層であり、
前記シリコーン樹脂が、アルケニル基を有するオルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンと、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンとの組み合わせからなる付加反応型シリコーンの硬化物であり、
前記オルガノアルケニルポリシロキサンが、下記式(1)で表されるもの、および/または下記式(2)で表されるものを含み、
前記オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンが、下記式(3)で表されるものを含む、積層ガラス基板の製造方法。
式(1)中、aは0以上の整数を表し、bは0以上の整数を表す。
式(2)中、cは2以上の整数を表し、dは0以上の整数を表す。
式(3)中、eは0以上の整数を表し、fは1以上の整数を表す。
