Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における空気調和機の室外機1の斜視図である。図1に示すように、室外機1は、外部表面側が筐体11で形成されている。筐体11は、前面パネル21、第1側面パネル23、第2側面パネル25、背面パネル27、及び上面パネル29等で形成されている。

- 第1伝熱管を有する下段側熱交換器と、
前記下段側熱交換器の上側に設けられ、第1熱交換器コアと、前記第1熱交換器コアの列方向に沿って増設された第2熱交換器コアと、が形成され、第2伝熱管を有する上段側熱交換器と、
前記上段側熱交換器を支持する補強部材と、
を備え、
前記補強部材は、
前記第2熱交換器コアの下部を支持する第1支持片と、
前記第2熱交換器コアの下方側面部を支持し、前記第1支持片と一体的に形成された第2支持片と、
前記第1熱交換器コアと、前記第2熱交換器コアとの間に隙間を設けさせ、前記第1支持片と一体的に形成された第3支持片と、
前記第1伝熱管を保持し、前記第3支持片と一体的に形成された第1係合片と、
前記第2伝熱管を保持し、前記第3支持片と一体的に形成された第2係合片と、
を備えた
ことを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記第2支持片と、前記第3支持片との間に、前記第2熱交換器コアが配置され、
前記第3支持片と、前記第1係合片と、前記第2係合片とで、前記第1熱交換器コアの配置が定められ、
前記第3支持片は、
予め定めた厚みを有し、
前記第1熱交換器コアと、前記第2熱交換器コアとの間に、挟まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記補強部材は、
可とう性の樹脂で形成され、
前記第1係合片は、
前記第3支持片の長手方向に沿って、前記第1伝熱管の配置に対応して予め定めた間隔で複数形成され、前記第1伝熱管を挿入させる第1挿入部と、前記第1挿入部から挿入された前記第1伝熱管を保持する第1保持部と、を有する切り欠け形状が形成され、
前記第2係合片は、
前記第3支持片の長手方向に沿って、前記第2伝熱管の配置に対応して予め定めた間隔で複数形成され、前記第2伝熱管を挿入させる第2挿入部と、前記第2挿入部から挿入された前記第2伝熱管を保持する第2保持部と、を有する切り欠け形状が形成され、
前記第1係合片及び前記第2係合片は、
前記第1熱交換器コアと、前記下段側熱交換器との間に隙間を設ける
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記第1伝熱管及び前記第2伝熱管のそれぞれは、
アルミニウム又はアルミニウムを含む合金で形成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 第1伝熱管を有する下段側熱交換器と、
第1熱交換器コアと、前記第1熱交換器コアの列方向に沿って増設された第2熱交換器コアと、が形成され、第2伝熱管を有する上段側熱交換器と、
前記上段側熱交換器を支持する補強部材と、
を備え、
前記補強部材は、
第1支持片と、
前記第1支持片と一体的に形成された第2支持片と、
前記第1支持片と一体的に形成された第3支持片と、
前記第3支持片と一体的に形成された第1係合片と、
前記第3支持片と一体的に形成された第2係合片と、
を備えた空気調和機の室外機の製造方法であって、
前記上段側熱交換器を前記下段側熱交換器の上側に設ける工程と、
前記第1支持片で、前記第2熱交換器コアの下部を支持させる工程と、
前記第2支持片で、前記第2熱交換器コアの下方側面部を支持させる工程と、
前記第3支持片で、前記第1熱交換器コアと、前記第2熱交換器コアとの間に隙間を設けさせる工程と、
前記第1係合片で、前記第1伝熱管を保持させる工程と、
前記第2係合片で、前記第2伝熱管を保持させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機の製造方法。
