Description
特許文献1には、2つの熱交換器の組立作業を容易に行うため、2つの熱交換器を段違いに取付固定していたが、両熱交換器の取付位置を側面において面一にしたいという要望には答えることができなかった。

Claims (11)
- 平行に配列された多数の放熱フィン、及び該放熱フィンを貫通する複数段の冷媒管を有する、第1の熱交換器と第2の熱交換器とを備え、両熱交換器が、その通風面を互いに対面させて近接配置されて一体化され、一体化された両熱交換器が空気調和機のキャビネットに収容可能とされた熱交換装置であって、
前記第1の熱交換器の側面に固定された第1取付板と、第2の熱交換器の側面に固定された第2取付板とが互いに対面して連結固定され、
前記第1取付板は、第2取付板を対面させて連結固定可能な大きさのスペースを有し、該スペースに前記第2取付板から側方に突出する前記第2の熱交換器の複数段の冷媒管の管端を開放した状態で挿入可能な複数段の挿入孔が形成され、
前記第2の熱交換器の冷媒管の管端を第1取付板の挿入孔に挿入した後、前記冷媒管の管端に連結管をろう付け溶接することにより管端同士が連結固定されたことを特徴とする熱交換装置。 - 前記第1取付板に形成された複数段の挿入孔は、前記第2の熱交換器の冷媒管の管端径よりも大きく形成されると共に、前記複数段の挿入孔のうち少なくとも一部の挿入孔には、前記冷媒管の端部を所定の位置に導く案内壁が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記挿入孔の案内壁は、前記冷媒管の管端の位置決め位置に向かって細くなるようテーパ状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記第1取付板および第2取付板には、そのいずれか一方の取付板に両熱交換器を仮止めするための係合爪が形成され、他方の取付板に前記係合爪に係合する係合孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記係合爪は、第2取付板において、冷媒管の突出する管端の側方に形成され、前記係合孔は、第1取付板において前記挿入孔の一部に切欠形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記第1取付板及び第2取付板に、両者を連結固定するための連結孔が形成され、前記各連結孔は、これらに挿入して両者を締結する連結ピンが冷媒管の管長方向と平行になるように形成されると共に、前記冷媒管の管端の挿入孔の位置よりも各取付板の板面方向で外側に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記第1取付板は、前記空気調和機のキャビネットとその内部に配置された仕切板に両端が連結固定可能な大きさに設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記キャビネットは空気調和機の室外機の外郭を構成するキャビネットであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換装置。
- 平行に配列された多数の放熱フィン、及び該放熱フィンを貫通する複数段の冷媒管を有する第1の熱交換器を空気調和機のキャビネットに組立て固定し、第1の熱交換器と同様に平行に配列された多数の放熱フィン、及び該放熱フィンを貫通する複数段の冷媒管を有する第2の熱交換器を、必要に応じて、第1の熱交換器の通風面と互いに対面させて近接配置し、両熱交換器を一体化する熱交換装置の組立方法であって、
前記第1の熱交換器の側面に固定された第1取付板を空気調和機のキャビネット若しくはその内部に配置された仕切板等の構造物に連結固定可能な大きさに形成し、第1取付板を前記構造物に連結固定すると共に、前記第1取付板に前記第2取付板を対面させて連結固定可能な大きさのスペースを形成し、第1の熱交換器と第2の熱交換器とを、その通風面を対面させて一体化する場合、前記スペースに前記第2取付板から側方に突出する前記第2の熱交換器の複数段の冷媒管の管端に対応して、前記管端を挿入可能な複数段の挿入孔を形成し、第1取付板のスペース部分に第2の熱交換器の第2取付板を互いに対面させ、前記第2の熱交換器の冷媒管の管端を開放した状態で前記挿入孔に挿入した後、前記冷媒管の管端に連結管をろう付け溶接して管端同士を連結固定し、かつ第1取付板と第2取付板とを連結固定して組み立てることを特徴とする熱交換装置の組立方法。 - 前記第1取付板に形成された複数段の挿入孔を、前記第2の熱交換器の冷媒管の管端径よりも大きく形成すると共に、前記複数段の挿入孔のうち少なくとも一部の挿入孔には、前記冷媒管の端部を所定の位置に導くテーパ状の案内壁を形成して、前記管端を挿入案内することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換装置の組立方法。
- 前記第2の熱交換器を第1の熱交換器と一体化することなく第1の熱交換器のみを前記キャビネット等の構造物に固定する場合、前記第1取付板は第2の熱交換器の管端を挿入する挿入孔を形成しないで使用することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換装置の組立方法。
