Description
Claims (8)
- 凝縮管及びフィンを備え、前記フィンが凝縮管の表面にスパイラル状に巻き付けられ、凝縮管が複数回迂回し、湾曲して立方体構造を形成し、凝縮管に挟持して固定される固定ブラケットをさらに備え、前記固定ブラケットは取付板及びそれぞれ両側に設けられる複数の係止板を備え、両側の係止板がずれて設けられ、該取付板の両側が2回折り曲げされてT型構造を形成し、両側の係止板の間に凝縮管にマッチングする係止溝が形成されることを特徴とするスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記フィンは凝縮管に接続される内側が波状構造であり、外側が平滑構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記固定ブラケットは取付板及び取付板の側面に接続されるクランプ機構を備え、前記クランプ機構は取付板に均一に分布した複数の係止ユニットから構成され、隣接する2つの係止ユニットの間に隙間が設けられ、各係止ユニットは2つの係止板から構成され、2つの係止板の間に凝縮管にマッチングする係止溝が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記係止溝の底部に少なくとも1つの調整溝が設けられ、該調整溝が取付板まで延伸することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 一次折り曲げは180°であり、二次折り曲げは90°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記係止板の所在する平面は取付板の所在する平面よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記係止板の端部の内側に内斜面が設けられ、外側に外斜面が設けられ、内斜面と外斜面との間がストレート面又は外へ突出した弧面であることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
- 前記内斜面と水平線との夾角をαとし、前記外斜面と水平線との夾角をβとし、αがβよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスパイラルフィンコンデンサ。
