Abstract

本发明提供一种组合型散热铝管及散热器,散热铝管包括:多个不同直径的铝管,所述多个不同直径的铝管同心设置,相邻的铝管之间通过多条散热筋连接;最外层的铝管的外壁设置有散热片,所述散热片与最外层的铝管可拆卸连接;通过多个不同直径的铝管同心设置,在结构尺寸一定的前提下,最大限度的增大散热面积,提高散热效果,可根据具体的应用场景调整散热铝管的结构。

一种组合型散热铝管及散热器
技术领域
本发明涉及换热器技术领域,尤其涉及一种组合型散热铝管及散热器。
背景技术
散热管是散热器的主要技术元件,其作用是对散热器的热量进行传导分散,因此散热面积越大,则散热效果越好,如果仅仅增大外部的散热面积,虽然能够提高散热效果,但是相应的整个结构的占用空间会增大。
发明内容
为解决现有的散热器增大散热面积同时导致结构占用空间大的问题,提出一种散热铝管及散热器。
一种组合型散热铝管,包括多个不同直径的铝管,所述多个不同直径的铝管同心设置,相邻的铝管之间通过多条散热筋连接;
最外层的铝管的外壁设置有散热片,所述散热片与最外层的铝管可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述散热筋的材质为铝。
进一步地,所述铝管与所述散热筋一体成型。
进一步地,相邻的铝管之间的散热筋至少为四条。
进一步地,所述散热片为T型结构。
进一步地,所述包括立板和横板,所述横板与所述立板连接,所述铝管表面设有凹槽,所述立板卡入所述凹槽内。
进一步地,所述散热片的材质为铝。
一种散热器,包括上述的组合型散热铝管。
本发明提供的组合型散热铝管及散热器,通过多个不同直径的铝管同心设置,在结构尺寸一定的前提下,最大限度的增大散热面积,提高散热效果,可根据具体的应用场景调整散热铝管的结构。

具体实施方式
实施例一
参考图1,本实施例提供一种散热铝管,包括多个不同直径的铝管101,多个不同直径的铝管101同心设置,相邻的铝管101之间通过多条散热筋102连接;
最外层的铝管101的外壁设置有散热片103,散热片103与最外层的铝管101可拆卸连接。
作为一种优选的实施方式,散热筋102的材质为铝。
内部设置的铝管和散热筋,可以增大散热面积,提高散热效果。
作为一种优选的实施方式,铝管101与散热筋102一体成型。
作为一种优选的实施方式,相邻的铝管101之间的散热筋102至少为四条。
进一步地,散热片102为T型结构。
散热片102为T型结构,包括立板1021和横板1022,横板1022与立板1021连接,铝管101表面设有凹槽,立板1021卡入所述凹槽内。
作为一种优选的实施方式,散热片103的材质为铝。
散热片102可通过插拔的方式与最外层的铝管可拆卸连接,对于一些安装空间较小的应用场景,可以不安装或者安装少量的散热片103,对于对安装空间没有要求的应用场景,可以安装多个散热片,提高散热效果。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种散热器,包括如实施例一所述的散热铝管。

1.一种组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,包括多个不同直径的铝管,所述多个不同直径的铝管同心设置,相邻的铝管之间通过多条散热筋连接;
最外层的铝管的外壁设置有散热片,所述散热片与最外层的铝管可拆卸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,所述散热筋的材质为铝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,所述铝管与所述散热筋一体成型。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,相邻的铝管之间的散热筋至少为四条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,所述散热片为T型结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,所述散热片包括立板和横板,所述横板与所述立板连接,所述铝管表面设有凹槽,所述立板卡入所述凹槽内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合型散热铝管,其特征在于,所述散热片的材质为铝。
8.一种散热器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一所述的组合型散热铝管。
