Claims (5)
- 내부공간으로 유체가 유동하는 튜브의 외측에 소정의 폭을 갖는 주름진 스트립을 밀착하여 나선이 감겨진 턴핀형 튜브를 포함하여 이루어진 턴핀형 응축기에 있어서,상기 턴핀 튜브의 장축 방향으로 서펜트 형상으로 1차 벤딩되고, 상기 1차 벤딩된 턴핀 튜브가 수평고정부재로 수평위치가 정렬되어 고정된 후 각이진 코일형으로 2차 벤딩되어 이루어지는 턴핀 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수평고정부재는 턴핀형 튜브의 외주연과 동일한 내경의 반구형 단면을 가지며, 상기 반구형 단면의 측부에 반구형 단면과 동일한 폭으로 형성된 고정부를 포함하여 이루어진 턴핀 고정구가 구비되되,상기 고정구는 압입장치에 의해 압입되어 턴핀형 튜브의 외주연에 밀착 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 턴핀 응축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수평고정부재는 상기 턴핀형 튜브의 종방향을 따라 적어도 2개이상 구비되고, 상호 이웃하는 수평고정부재에서도 상기 고정구가 격간으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 턴핀 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 2차 벤딩된 상태에서 상하방향으로 배치된 상기 수평고정부재의 상하위치를 정렬하여 고정하는 수직고정부재를 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 턴핀 응축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수평고정부재의 측부에는 체결공이 형성된 플랜지가 구비되고, 상기 수직고정부재에는 상기 체결공과 결합되는 체결구가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 턴핀 응축기.
