Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器,包括弯折的翅片管,所述翅片管包括一内管,所述内管上设有翅片,所述翅片管上设有数个固定件,所述固定件包括上支架和下支架,所述上支架包括一盖板和一竖板,所述上支架与所述下支架固定连接,所述翅片管上的翅片卡在所述盖板与所述下支架之间,所述竖板上设有定位槽,所述翅片管的内管卡在所述定位槽内。该旋翅片热交换器通过固定件的上支架和下支架可同时将翅片管的翅片和内管进行固定,从而达到双重固定的效果,这样就可使翅片管的固定更加的牢固,翅片管不易松动,进而可有效减少旋翅片热交换器的噪音。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热交换器,特别涉及一种具有新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器。
背景技术
冰箱、冰柜等制冷设备中热交换器多为旋翅片热交换器,即采用翅片管进行热交换,翅片管主要由内管和其表面的翅片组成。目前市场上对于这种翅片管结构的散热器一般都采用金属带缠绕进行固定,金属带可以通过褶皱或者片翻边的形式来缠绕或者焊接在翅片管上,这样可提高热交换器的散热面积,提高散热效果,从而节省能耗。
但是这种热交换器固定结构的金属带一般都是缠绕在热交换器的翅片上,往往只能在四周用紧固件进行固定,因此固定件与翅片管的接触部位非常少,固定不是非常的牢固。而由于热交换器在实际使用的时候会受压缩机的影响而产生一定的震动,这样翅片管就很容易松动,从而容易产生噪音,这样就会对整个制冷设备的质量造成不利影响。
同时,为了保证热交换器的热交换面积和能耗要求,一般翅片管采用多次折弯的方式来生产,由于产品的特殊性,在折弯内圈非常容易导致倒片等问题,这样也会导致风阻以及噪音的增大。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种对翅片管具有更好固定效果的热交换器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器,包括弯折的翅片管,所述翅片管包括一内管,所述内管上设有翅片,所述翅片管上设有数个固定件,所述固定件包括上支架和下支架,所述上支架包括一盖板和一竖板,所述上支架与所述下支架固定连接,所述翅片管上的翅片卡在所述盖板与所述下支架之间,所述竖板上设有定位槽,所述翅片管的内管卡在所述定位槽内。
优选的,所述翅片管多次弯折,所述翅片管相邻两个弯折处的长度不同。
优选的,所述上支架与所述下支架通过侧支架固定连接。
上述技术方案具有如下有益效果:该旋翅片热交换器通过固定件的上支架和下支架可同时将翅片管的翅片和内管进行固定,从而达到双重固定的效果,这样就可使翅片管的固定更加的牢固,翅片管不易松动,进而可有效减少旋翅片热交换器的噪音。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行详细介绍。
如图1、2、3所示,该新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器包括弯折的翅片管1,翅片管包括一内管15,内管15上设有翅片14。翅片管1多次弯折,相邻两个弯折处的长度不同,如图1所示,翅片管1的弯折处11的长度较长,而弯折处12长度较短,这样在弯折处11和弯折处13之间就会形成空隙,该空隙可起到增加风道、减少风阻的作用,可提高通风效率,进而提高热交换器的热交换效果。
翅片管1上设有数个固定件2,固定件2包括上支架21和下支架22,上支架21与下支架22通过侧支架23固定连接。上支架21包括一盖板211和一竖板212,翅片管1上的翅片14卡在盖板211与下支架22之间,竖板212上设有定位槽213,翅片管1的内管15卡在定位槽213内。该旋翅片热交换器通过固定件的上支架和下支架可同时将翅片管的翅片和内管进行固定,从而达到双重固定的效果,这样就可使翅片管的固定更加的牢固,翅片管不易松动,进而可有效减少旋翅片热交换器的噪音。
如图4所示,为本实用新型另一个实施例,翅片管1的形状可根据实际情况的需要弯折成多种形状。

1.一种新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器,包括弯折的翅片管,所述翅片管包括一内管,所述内管上设有翅片,其特征在于:所述翅片管上设有数个固定件,所述固定件包括上支架和下支架,所述上支架包括一盖板和一竖板,所述上支架与所述下支架固定连接,所述翅片管上的翅片卡在所述盖板与所述下支架之间,所述竖板上设有定位槽,所述翅片管的内管卡在所述定位槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器,其特征在于:所述翅片管多次弯折,所述翅片管相邻两个弯折处的长度不同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型固定方式的旋翅片热交换器,其特征在于:所述上支架与所述下支架通过侧支架固定连接。
