製造例1にて使用されたものと同じリアクタが使用された。
ナフタレンジカルボン酸塩100重量部に対して1,3−プロパンジオール190重量部が添加される代わりにジオールとしてエチレングリコールが添加され、そして、エステル交換触媒としての酢酸マンガン及び縮合重合触媒としての三酸化アンチモン(Sb2O3)が、ナフタレンジカルボン酸塩100重量部に対してそれぞれ0.04重量部及び0.035重量部添加されたこと以外は、製造例2の工程が繰り返された。
製造例1にて使用されたものと同じリアクタが使用された。
製造例4で得られた高分子Dが減圧下で20時間固相重合反応に供され、0.802dL/gの固有粘度(IV)を有する固相重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートが得られた。
製造例1〜5で得られた高分子A〜Eが、表1で示されるように種々の比率で混合された。結果として得られた混合物は、120℃で2時間パドルドライヤーを使用して結晶化され、ついで165℃で約5時間乾燥されて水分含有量を50ppmにした。
固有粘度は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの典型的な固有粘度の測定方法に従って、オルトクロロフェノール(OCP)に30℃で融解させたシート試料を使用して測定された。
シート試料(15cm×15cm)が蒸留水を満たしたオートクレーブに載置され、蒸留水の存在下2atmの窒素ガスで加圧して120℃で75時間熱処理がなされた。
(3)伸び
100mm×15mmシート試料を使用し、ASTM D288に従って、50mm間隔のインターバルにて200mm/分の伸張速度で万能試験機(UTM 4206−001,インストロン)にて破断伸度を測定した。
Claims (9)
- トリメチレンナフタレートの繰り返し単位を85重量%以上有すると共に、
ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、及び、固相重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートの少なくとも一つを含む付加的な繰り返し単位を15重量%以下含有する
ポリエステルからなり、
120℃、2atmでの加圧水を使用した75時間の熱処理後における、長手方向及び横断方向の伸び保持率(%)(100×熱処理後の伸び/熱処理前の伸び)が80%以上である太陽電池用の黒色シート。 - 前記ポリエステルは、更に、少なくとも一つのUV安定剤及びUV吸収剤を0.01〜1.0重量%含有する請求項1記載の太陽電池用の黒色シート。
- 前記UV安定剤は、ベンゾトリアゾールをベースにした化合物又はHALS(ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤)化合物であり、前記UV吸収剤は、ヒドロキシベンゾフェノン又はヒドロキシフェニルベンゾトリアゾールである請求項2記載の太陽電池用の黒色シート。
- 前記ポリエステルは、更に、無機粒子を0.01〜15重量%含有する請求項1記載の太陽電池用の黒色シート。
- 前記ポリエステルは、(i)イソフタル酸(IPA)、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、及びこれらのエステル誘導体からなる群から少なくとも一つ選択される二塩基酸を、(ii)エチレングリコール(EG)、ジエチレングリコール(DEG)、ネオペンチルグリコール(NGP)、プロピレングリコール(PG)、1,4−ブタンジオール(1,4−BDO)、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、2,2−ブチルエチル−1,3−プロパンジオール(BEPD)、2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール(MPDiol)、及び1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール(1,4−CHDM)からなる群から少なくとも一つ選択されるジオールで高分子化することで得られる少なくとも一つの付加的な繰り返し単位を0.01〜15重量%含有する請求項1記載の太陽電池用の黒色シート。
- a)トリメチレンナフタレートの繰り返し単位を85重量%以上有すると共に、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、及び、固相重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートの少なくとも一つを含む付加的な繰り返し単位を15重量%以下含有するポリエステル樹脂を溶融押出及び冷却させ、未延伸シートを得る工程と、
b)前記未延伸シートを長手方向及び横断方向に延伸させ、120℃、2atmでの加圧水を使用して緩和状態で熱処理を75時間させて、二軸配向シートを得る工程と、
c)前記二軸配向シートを冷却する工程と、を有する、長手方向及び横断方向の伸び保持率(%)(100×熱処理後の伸び/熱処理前の伸び)が80%以上である太陽電池用の黒色シートの製造方法。 - 前記トリメチレンナフタレートの繰り返し単位は、1,3−プロパンジオールをナフタレンジカルボン酸又はその誘導体で高分子化することにより得られるものである請求項6記載の太陽電池用の黒色シートの製造方法。
- 工程a)は、更に、ポリエステル樹脂を乾燥させて、溶融押出及び冷却工程前の水分含有量を50ppmよりも低くする工程を有する請求項6記載の太陽電池用の黒色シートの製造方法。
- 工程c)は、更に、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)層で最終シートの一方の面を被覆し、フッ素樹脂層で最終シートの他方の面を被覆する工程を有する請求項6記載の太陽電池用の黒色シートの製造方法。
