Description
。
酸化マグネシウム粉末1μmに対し、酸化アルミニウム粉末を0.6μm以下)とし、粒径
の小さい酸化アルミニウム粉末を用いることにより、アルミナの活性を促しスピネルを形成しやすくする。また、酸化アルミニウム粉末は、粒度分布における累積80%の粒径が平均粒径の1.75倍以下のものを用いる。
Claims (8)
- 主結晶であるアルミナと、マグネシウム、ニッケル、マンガン、亜鉛のいずれかとアルミニウムとからなる酸化物の結晶であるスピネルとを含み、前記アルミナおよび前記スピネルに遷移金属を含むアルミナ質焼結体からなり、カソードルミネッセンス法を用いた測定における波長330nm付近のピーク強度が5000以下であることを特徴とする高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。
- 前記遷移金属がチタンであり、前記スピネルを構成する成分がマグネシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。
- 組成式を、αAl2O3・βTiO2・γMgOと表したとき、モル%比率α,β,γが下記を満足してなり、カソードルミネッセンス法を用いた測定における波長330nm付近のピーク強度が3000以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。

α+β+γ=100 - 組成式を、αAl2O3・βTiO2・γMgOと表したとき、モル%比率α,β,γが下記を満足してなり、カソードルミネッセンス法を用いた測定における波長420nm付近のピーク強度が160以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。

α+β+γ=100 - 前記組成式におけるモル%比率α,β,γが下記を満足してなることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。

α+β+γ=100 - 前記組成式におけるβとγとの比率β/γの値が0.5以上2.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。
- Si,Caの少なくともいずれかの酸化物を含み、前記組成式の成分100質量%に対して、それぞれSiO2,CaOに換算した値の合計が5質量%以下(0質量%を除く)であることを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の高耐電圧アルミナ質焼結体に電極を備えてなることを特徴とする高耐電圧用部材。
