Description
a)油状残渣を結合させる目的で、アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、0.1〜25MPa圧下、室温で、比面積の大きな酸化アルミニウムを充填したカラムに通す工程;
b)次いで、前もって水蒸気を結合させる目的で、アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、20〜70℃で、0.1〜25MPa圧下、CaO、NaOH、KOH、またはNaOH/KOH溶融物を別々にあるいは混合して充填したカラムに通す工程;
c)次に、複合物に含まれているこれまでに除去されなかった決定的多数の酸素(主にH2O及びCO)を除去する目的で、アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、比面積が100〜3000m2/gであり、表面にナトリウム、カリウム、セシウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、もしくはセリウムの硝酸(V)塩もしくは硝酸(III)塩が担持された活性炭を別々にあるいは混合して充填したカラムに通す工程;
からなり、
上記の工程は、流速が100dm3/h〜1000m3/hの範囲のガス流における順次処理として実現される。

Claims (7)
- 吸着により炭化水素及び水を除去する工程を用いて、アンモニア、または窒素と水素の混合物、または窒素と水素とアンモニアの混合物を精製する方法であって、
a)アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、0.1〜25MPa圧下、50m2/g以上の比面積を有する酸化アルミニウムを充填したカラムに通し、
b)次いで、該アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、20〜70℃で、かつ0.1〜25MPa圧下、CaO、NaOH、KOH、またはNaOH/KOH溶融物を別々にあるいは混合して充填したカラムに通し、
c)次に、該アンモニアまたはガス混合物を、170〜425℃で、比面積が100〜3000m2/gであり、表面にナトリウム、カリウム、セシウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、もしくはセリウムの硝酸(V)塩もしくは硝酸(III)塩が担持された活性炭を別々にあるいは混合して充填し、使用前に不活性ガス流または水素流、またはそれらの混合物流を用いて、0.1〜25MPa及び250〜700℃で活性化させたカラムに通し、
上記の工程を、流速が100dm3/h〜1000m3/hの範囲のガス流による順次処理として行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - アンモニアを精製するために、1〜100dm3/hの量で前記液体アンモニアからメタンガスを除去することにより前記液体アンモニアから該メタンを除去する予行段階が追加される
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 段階(a)及び(b)において、アンモニアは、0.1〜0.8MPa圧下で、前記カラムに導入される
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 段階c)において、ガス混合物は、0.1〜25MPa圧下で、カラムに通される
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 段階c)において、アンモニアは、0.1〜0.8MPa圧下で、カラムに通される
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 段階a)の前記カラム充填物は、該充填物に200〜700℃で不活性ガス流または水素流、あるいはそれらガスの混合物流を通すことにより、再生される
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 段階c)の前記カラム充填物は、該充填物に250〜700℃で不活性ガス流または水素流、あるいはそれらガスの混合物流を通すことにより、再生される
請求項1または2に記載の方法。
