Claims (4)
- 電気自動車の低電圧バッテリに用いる低電圧端EMIフィルタであって、
前記低電圧端EMIフィルタの入力端及び出力端にそれぞれ設置され、第1Yキャパシタ部と第2Yキャパシタ部を含む一対のYキャパシタ部と、
前記一対のYキャパシタ部の間に設置される差動モード(DM)フィルタ及び共通モード(CM)フィルタと、
帰還されてきたGNDノイズをシャーシ接地(GND)に放出するように、前記DMフィルタ及び前記CMフィルタのそれぞれの一端が接続される部分と、前記シャーシGNDとの間に設置されたブリッジ部と、を含み、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部、前記DMフィルタ、前記CMフィルタ及び前記第2Yキャパシタ部のそれぞれの一端は、前記シャーシGNDに接続され、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部、前記DMフィルタ、前記CMフィルタ及び前記第2Yキャパシタ部は、低電圧バッテリ接続部で発生するCMノイズ及びDMノイズを段階別に前記シャーシGNDに放出して低電圧端接続部のノイズを低減し、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部は、前記低電圧バッテリの両端に設置されて前記シャーシGNDにノイズを放出してDMノイズ及びCMノイズを低減し、
前記DMフィルタは、前記第1Yキャパシタ部の両端に接続されて第1Yキャパシタ部によって低減されたノイズに対してDMノイズを低減し、
前記CMフィルタは、前記DMフィルタの両端に接続されて前記DMフィルタによって低減されたノイズに対してCMノイズを低減し、
前記第2Yキャパシタ部は、前記CMフィルタの両端に接続されて前記シャーシGNDにノイズを放出して、前記CMフィルタによって低減されたノイズに対してDMノイズ及びCMノイズを低減する、電気自動車の低電圧端EMIフィルタ。 - 電気自動車の低電圧バッテリに用いる低電圧端EMIフィルタであって、
前記低電圧端EMIフィルタの入力端及び出力端にそれぞれ設置され、第1Yキャパシタ部と第2Yキャパシタ部を含む一対のYキャパシタ部と、
前記一対のYキャパシタ部の間に設置される差動モード(DM)フィルタ及び共通モード(CM)フィルタと、
帰還されてきたGNDノイズをシャーシ接地(GND)に放出するように、前記DMフィルタ及び前記CMフィルタのそれぞれの一端が接続される部分と、前記シャーシGNDとの間に設置されたブリッジ部と、を含み、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部、前記DMフィルタ、前記CMフィルタ及び前記第2Yキャパシタ部のそれぞれの一端は、前記シャーシGNDに接続され、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部、前記DMフィルタ、前記CMフィルタ及び前記第2Yキャパシタ部は、低電圧バッテリ接続部で発生するCMノイズ及びDMノイズを段階別に前記シャーシGNDに放出して低電圧端接続部のノイズを低減し、
前記第1Yキャパシタ部は、前記低電圧バッテリの両端に設置されて前記シャーシGNDにノイズを放出してDMノイズ及びCMノイズを低減し、
前記CMフィルタは、前記第1Yキャパシタ部の両端に接続されて第1Yキャパシタ部によって低減されたノイズに対してCMノイズを低減し、
前記DMフィルタは、前記CMフィルタの両端に接続されて前記CMフィルタによって低減されたノイズに対してDMノイズを低減し、
前記第2Yキャパシタ部は、前記DMフィルタの両端に接続されて前記シャーシGNDにノイズを放出して、前記DMフィルタによって低減されたノイズに対してDMノイズ及びCMノイズを低減する、電気自動車の低電圧端EMIフィルタ。 - 前記ブリッジ部は前記DMフィルタ及び前記CMフィルタのそれぞれの一端が接続される部分と、前記シャーシGNDの間の一つの地点に設置される、請求項1又は2に記載の電気自動車の低電圧端EMIフィルタ。
- 前記低電圧端EMIフィルタに接続される補助電源部SMPSのGND端と前記低電圧端EMIフィルタの前記シャーシGND端との間に設置され、前記補助電源部SMPSのGND端と前記低電圧端EMIフィルタの前記シャーシGND端との間でノイズを低減するビードを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電気自動車の低電圧端EMIフィルタ。
