Description
Claims (11)
- シャーシの浸漬処理ステーションであって、
処理液タンク(11)と、
前記ステーションの内部および外部で複数のスキッド(13)を、順次搬送するためのラインであって、前記スキッドは処理すべきシャーシをそれぞれ支持することを意図しており、前記搬送するラインは、スキッドを移動するためのローラユニット(20)を備え、それは前記タンクの上方で前記スキッドを支持および移動するための動作位置と、前記タンクの内側でシャーシと共にスキッドを浸漬するための後退した非動作位置との間で移動可能であるラインと、
前記搬送するラインによって前記タンクの上方でスキッドを垂直方向に動かすためのシステム(21)であって、前記タンクの内部と外部で前記シャーシと共に前記スキッドを移動させるシステムと、
前記移動システム(21)は、前記スキッドを支持しかつ前記スキッドと係合するためのプラットフォーム(22)を備え、それはモータ駆動される横回転シャフト(23)を搭載し、前記シャフトは垂直支持アーム(25)から前記垂直支持アーム(25)の下端部に近接した位置において突出し、前記垂直アームは前記タンクの内部および外部で前記プラットフォームの垂直移動のために垂直移動できるようにモータ駆動されていることを特徴とするシャーシの浸漬処理ステーション。 - 前記スキッド上のシャーシが転倒するよう回転されるまで、モータ駆動される前記横回転シャフトを中心に回転するように動作することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 前記プラットフォームは、前記動作位置と前記非動作位置との間でローラユニットの移動によって動作されるスキッドの制御された係合のためのフック(31)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 前記プラットフォームは、プラットフォーム上のスキッドの安定した係合のための動作位置とそれが解放される非動作位置との間で移動可能なフックを備え、前記スキッドを前記プラットフォームとの係合とプラットフォームからの開放をするために、前記動作位置と非動作位置との間にフックを移動させる手段が存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 各ローラユニットは、前記プラットフォームが前記スキッドを前記ローラから上昇させるとき前記スキッドを自動的に係合させ、前記プラットフォームが前記ローラ上で前記スキッドを再配置するとき前記スキッドを自動的に解放させるように、各ローラユニットはフック(31)を動作させるためのカム(40)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステーション。
- フック(31)の数は4つであり、角部に近い対およびプラットフォームの両側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステーション。
- 前記垂直支持アームの先端に近接して配置された回転モータ(29)に、チェーンまたは歯付きベルト駆動を介して、プラットフォームの回転のための軸(23)が運動学的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 前記垂直支持アームは、タンクに沿って配置された垂直ガイドピラー(35)に沿って移動するモータ駆動キャリッジ(26)上の最上部に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 前記ローラユニットは、搬送ラインの各側部上に側部ユニット(20a,20b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
- 各側部ユニットは、前記搬送ラインの搬送方向に沿って前方ローラユニット(36a)と後方ローラユニット(36b)とを備え、各ローラユニットは、前記タンクの長手方向の中心線に向けて突出して支持され、かつ前記搬送ラインの他方の側部上の側部ユニットの対応するローラに面している前記スキッドを変位させるための少なくとも一対のモータ駆動ローラ(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のステーション。
- 垂直支持アームの数は、2つ(25A,25B)であり、前記モータ駆動横回転シャフト(23)の両端で支持されるように、プラットフォーム(22)の側部上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステーション。
