Abstract

Una estación (10) para tratamiento de chasis (14) por inmersión en patines (13) comprende un tanque (11) de líquido de proceso, una línea (12) de transporte para transportar en secuencia una pluralidad de patines (13) dentro y fuera de la estación (10) y un sistema (21) para movimiento vertical de un patín (13) transportado arriba del tanque (11) por medio de la línea (12) de transporte, para mover el patín (13) junto con el chasis (14) dentro y fuera del tanque (11). La línea (12) de transporte comprende unidades (20) de rodillo para desplazar un patín (13), las cuales son movibles entre una posición de operación para soportar y desplazar el patín (13) arriba del tanque (11), y una posición no retraída de operación para inmersión del patín (13) con el chasis (14) dentro del tanque (11), y el sistema (21) de movimiento vertical comprende una plataforma (22) para soportar y acoplar con el patín (13), la cual está montada en una flecha (23) giratoria, transversal, sencilla impulsada a motor que se proyecta desde el extremo (24) de fondo de por lo menos un brazo vertical (25) de soporte, cuyo extremo superior está conectado a un carro (26) de transporte vertical impulsado a motor para el movimiento vertical de la plataforma (22) dentro y fuera del tanque (11).
