Abstract

Estación de tratamiento por inmersión de chasis, que comprende: · un depósito de líquido de proceso (11); · una línea (12) para transportar en secuencia una pluralidad de patines (13) dentro y fuera de la estación, estando cada uno de los patines destinado a soportar un chasis (14) que va a ser tratado, comprendiendo la línea de transporte unas unidades de rodillos (20) para desplazar un patín, que se pueden mover entre una posición operativa para soportar y desplazar el patín por encima del depósito, y una posición retraída no operativa para sumergir el patín con el chasis en el interior del depósito; · un sistema (21) para mover verticalmente un patín transportado por encima del depósito por medio de la línea de transporte, para mover el patín con el chasis dentro y fuera del depósito; caracterizado por que el sistema de movimiento vertical (21) comprende una plataforma (22) para soportar y acoplarse con el patín, que está montada en un árbol rotativo transversal accionado por motor (23), sobresaliendo dicho árbol cerca del extremo inferior de un brazo de soporte vertical (25), estando dicho brazo vertical accionado por motor para el movimiento vertical de la plataforma dentro y fuera del depósito.

Finalmente, “patín” se entenderá como referido a un componente genérico que permite el movimiento y el acoplamiento de un chasis y puede ser diferente del que se ha mostrado, pudiendo incluso también estar por lo menos parcialmente presente con o formar parte del propio chasis.
