樹脂フィルムの代わりに、厚さ15μm、平均孔径0.8μmのPTFE多孔質膜を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして防水通気フィルタを得た。PTFE多孔質膜は、まずPTFE微粉末に液状潤滑剤を混合したものを押し出してシート状に成形し、ついでシート状成形体を圧延するとともに乾燥させた後に、PTFEの融点以下の280℃で縦方向に4.5倍、横方向に15倍に延伸して作製した。
実施例および比較例の防水通気フィルタまたは接着シートに対して、金属板からなる筐体に貼り付けたときの接合力を測定する接合力測定試験を行った。まず、図3に示すように、防水通気フィルタまたは接着シートを、これらの構成要素である両面テープにより、直径3mmの開口が設けられた筐体に筐体の内側から開口を塞ぐように、換言すれば筐体の開口を通じて処理層が筐体の外部に面するように貼り付けた。防水通気フィルタまたは接着シートの筐体への貼り付けは、筐体の上に防水通気フィルタまたは接着シートを乗せた後に、防水通気フィルタまたは接着シートの上から質量2kgのロールを5mm/秒の速度で一往復させて行った。
次に、実施例および比較例の防水通気フィルタに対して、耐水圧試験およびガーレー試験を行った。まず、接合力試験のときと同様に、防水通気フィルタを筐体に接合した。ついで、JIS L1092−B(高水圧法)と同様にして、筐体の外側から100kPa/分で水圧をかけ、防水通気フィルタから水が漏れ出したときの圧力を耐水圧として測定した。

Claims (4)
- 通気を確保しつつ水の浸入を防止するための防水通気フィルタであって、
樹脂フィルムであって、該樹脂フィルムを厚さ方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と、内部が樹脂で詰まった中実の部分と、を有する樹脂フィルムと、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に、前記複数の貫通孔と対応する位置に開口を有するように形成された、疎水性および撥油性を有する処理層と、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの一方の面の周縁部に前記処理層を挟んで貼着された環状の粘着剤と、
を備え、
前記複数の貫通孔は複数のストレート孔であり、
前記樹脂フィルムの輪郭で規定される面積に対する全ての前記複数の貫通孔の断面積の総和の割合は50%以下であり、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向に沿って観察したときに、前記処理層の前記開口は、前記環状の粘着剤と重複する位置および重複しない位置の両方に存在する、防水通気フィルタ。 - 通気を確保しつつ水の浸入を防止するための防水通気フィルタであって、
樹脂フィルムであって、該樹脂フィルムを厚さ方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と、内部が樹脂で詰まった中実の部分と、を有する樹脂フィルムと、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に、前記複数の貫通孔と対応する位置に開口を有するように形成された、疎水性および撥油性を有する処理層と、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの一方の面の周縁部に前記処理層を挟んで貼着された環状の粘着剤と、
を備え、
前記複数の貫通孔は複数のストレート孔であり、

前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向に沿って観察したときに、前記処理層の前記開口は、前記環状の粘着剤と重複する位置および重複しない位置の両方に存在する、防水通気フィルタ。 - 通気を確保しつつ水の浸入を防止するための防水通気フィルタであって、
樹脂フィルムであって、該樹脂フィルムを厚さ方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と、内部が樹脂で詰まった中実の部分と、を有する樹脂フィルムと、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に、前記複数の貫通孔と対応する位置に開口を有するように形成された、疎水性および撥油性を有する処理層と、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの一方の面の周縁部に前記処理層を挟んで貼着された環状の粘着剤と、
を備え、
前記複数の貫通孔は複数のストレート孔であり、
開口を有する金属板に前記開口を塞ぐように貼り付けた後に、JIS P8117と同様にして測定したときの測定値を642mm2の面積に換算して得たガーレー数が22.1秒/100mL以下であり、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向に沿って観察したときに、前記処理層の前記開口は、前記環状の粘着剤と重複する位置および重複しない位置の両方に存在する、防水通気フィルタ。 - 樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に疎水性および撥油性を有する処理層を形成する工程であって、前記樹脂フィルムは前記樹脂フィルムを厚さ方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と内部が樹脂で詰まった中実の部分とを有し、前記複数の貫通孔は複数のストレート孔であり、前記処理層は前記複数の貫通孔と対応する位置に開口を有するように形成される工程と、
前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向の両面のうちの一方の面の周縁部に前記処理層を挟んで環状の粘着剤を貼着する工程と、
を含み、
前記環状の粘着剤を貼着する工程において、前記樹脂フィルムの厚さ方向に沿って観察したときに、前記処理層の前記開口が前記環状の粘着剤と重複する位置および重複しない位置の両方に存在することとなるように、前記環状の粘着剤を貼着する、防水通気フィルタの製造方法。
