Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の半導体装置の一例について図6乃至図9を参照しながら説明する。
以下、図12を用いて、本実施の形態に係るトランジスタの作製工程の例について説明する。
実施の形態1及び実施の形態2で例示したトランジスタを用いて表示機能を有する半導体装置(表示装置ともいう)を作製することができる。また、トランジスタを含む駆動回路の一部または全体を、画素部と同じ基板上に一体形成し、システムオンパネルを形成することができる。
本明細書に開示する半導体装置は、さまざまな電子機器(遊技機も含む)に用いることができる。電子機器としては、例えば、テレビジョン装置(テレビ、またはテレビジョン受信機ともいう)、コンピュータ用などのモニタ、デジタルカメラ、デジタルビデオカメラ等のカメラ、デジタルフォトフレーム、携帯電話機(携帯電話、携帯電話装置ともいう)、携帯型ゲーム機、携帯情報端末、音響再生装置、パチンコ機などの大型ゲーム機などが挙げられる。上記実施の形態で説明した液晶表示装置を具備する電子機器の例について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 酸化物半導体層で形成されたチャネル部を含む複数の層を有し、
前記複数の層のうち連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層が、
前記酸化物半導体層の膜面に対して法線方向に沿って前記チャネル部に照射されうる波長λ0の光の光路にあたる層であり、且つ、前記波長λ0の光に対する透光性を有する層であり、且つ、前記連続している3つの層の屈折率の中で前記連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層の屈折率が最も大きいか最も小さい場合には、前記連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層の光学的厚さが概略λ0/4の奇数倍であり、
前記酸化物半導体層の前記膜面に対して法線方向に沿って前記チャネル部に照射されうる前記波長λ0の光の光路にあたる層であり、且つ、前記波長λ0の光に対する透光性を有する層であり、且つ、前記連続している3つの層の屈折率の中で最も大きな屈折率を有する層と最も小さな屈折率を有する層に接している場合には、前記連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層の光学的厚さが概略λ0/4の偶数倍であり、
前記波長λ 0 は、300nmから450nmの範囲に入ることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層は、基板上に設けられていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記連続している3つの層の中間に位置する層は、絶縁体もしくは導体で形成されていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一において、
前記波長λ0は外光のスペクトル強度と前記酸化物半導体層の光の吸収係数をかけて算出されたスペクトルのピーク波長であることを特徴とする半導体装置。
