Description
(1)アルミニウム線をリード線の銅芯線に巻き付ける。

前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分を包み、内面が前記複数の電線の前記表面に接触する絶縁材とを備える。
図1及び図2は、本実施の形態に係る冷凍サイクル装置10の回路図である。図1は、冷房時の冷媒回路11aを示している。図2は、暖房時の冷媒回路11bを示している。

Claims (14)
- アルミニウム線を含む複数の電線であり、フラックスを含有するロウ材によって互いに接合され、接合された部分の前記ロウ材の表面に前記フラックスの残渣が付着した複数の電線と、
前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分を包み、内面が前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分の前記ロウ材の表面に接触する絶縁材と
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮機用電動機。 - 前記複数の電線のうち1本の電線が長さ方向に隙間を空けて他の電線に巻き付けられ、巻き付けられた部分が前記ロウ材によってロウ付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分の前記ロウ材の表面にて前記隙間に対応する位置に前記フラックスの残渣が付着していることを特徴とする請求項2の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記1本の電線が前記アルミニウム線であり、前記他の電線が銅線であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記銅線が、互いに平行な2本以上の単線であることを特徴とする請求項4の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記銅線が、互いに平行な単線及び縒り線であることを特徴とする請求項4の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記ロウ材の融点が前記複数の電線のいずれの融点よりも150℃以上低いことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記ロウ材の融点が400℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記ロウ材がZn−Al系のロウ材であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分と前記絶縁材とがワニスによって互いに固着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記フラックスがフッ化セシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかの圧縮機用電動機と、
前記圧縮機用電動機により駆動されて冷媒を圧縮する圧縮要素と
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項12の圧縮機が接続され、冷媒が循環する冷媒回路を備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
- フラックスを含有するロウ材によって、アルミニウム線を含む複数の電線を接合する工程と、
前記複数の電線の接合された部分を絶縁材で包み、前記絶縁材の内面を、前記フラックスの残渣が付着した、前記複数の電線の前記接合された部分の前記ロウ材の表面に接触させる工程と
を含むことを特徴とする圧縮機用電動機の製造方法。
