Claims (6)
- カリウム又は/及びナトリウムと、カルシウムとを含む溶液と、両性イオン交換樹脂を再生させる再生水とを両性イオン交換樹脂に交互に供給し、該両性イオン交換樹脂から時間の経過と共に徐々に連続的に排出される排出液であって、カリウム又は/及びナトリウム濃度が高くカルシウム濃度が低い第1の溶液と、カルシウム濃度が高くカリウム又は/及びナトリウム濃度が低い第2の溶液とが交互に排出される排出液から、前記第2の溶液を選択的に分離することを特徴とするカルシウムの除去方法。
- 前記カリウム又は/及びナトリウムと、カルシウムとを含む溶液は、セメント焼成工程で発生した塩素バイパスダストを水洗して得られたろ液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルシウムの除去方法。
- 前記両性イオン交換樹脂への前記ろ液の供給量と、該両性イオン交換樹脂への前記再生
水の供給量を調整し、前記分離により得られる第2の溶液の量と、前記ろ液の供給量を同等とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカルシウムの除去方法。 - 前記両性イオン交換樹脂への前記ろ液の供給量と、該両性イオン交換樹脂への前記再生
水の供給量を調整し、前記分離により得られる第2の溶液の量を、前記ろ液の供給量より多くすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカルシウムの除去方法。 - 前記両性イオン交換樹脂への前記ろ液の供給量の調整、該両性イオン交換樹脂への前記再生水の供給量の調整、前記排出液の切替タイミングの制御の少なくとも一つを、前記排出液のカルシウム又は塩素の濃度の測定結果、電気伝導度及びpHからなる群から選択される一つ以上の測定結果に基づいて行うことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のカルシウムの除去方法。
- 前記カリウム又は/及びナトリウムと、カルシウムとを含む溶液は、最終処分場の浸出水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルシウムの除去方法。
