Claims (2)
- セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのセメントキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、抽気された燃焼ガスに含まれるダストをスラリー化し、該スラリーを固液分離して得られたろ液中のカルシウム濃度を調整し、該調整後のろ液から塩を回収することで、該回収する塩の水分又は/及びK2O含有率を所定の範囲に維持する塩回収方法において、
前記ろ液と、両性イオン交換樹脂を再生させる再生水とを両性イオン交換樹脂に交互に供給し、該両性イオン交換樹脂から時間の経過と共に徐々に連続的に排出される排出液のうち、所定のカルシウム濃度のろ液を回収して前記ろ液中のカルシウム濃度を4000mg/l以下に調整することを特徴とする塩回収方法。 - 前記スラリーに炭酸ガスを吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩回収方法。
