Claims (3)
- 外傷等の後に損傷した或いは低下された中手指節関節、近位指節間関節、及び、遠位指節間関節の運動性及び機能性のリハビリ治療において、術後期間において、或いは、中枢神経系疾患、脊髄損傷、末梢神経障害等の後の手の不全麻痺又は麻痺の場合において、及び/又は、リハビリ活動中に理学療法士の治療と関連して手の関節動作が改善されなければならないときに使用され、柔軟であり、モジュール式であるとともに、患者の手(19)及び前腕(13)を部分的に覆うように取り付けられる整形外科用装具(17,90)を備える手リハビリ装置(10’)において、
オペレータによって自由に設定できる運動、シーケンス及び/又は動作の組み合わせによる5本の指の受動的で補助能動的な同時及び/又は選択的曲げ/伸長のための柔軟ロッド(36,58,104)と、
指の曲げ/伸長中に前記柔軟ロッド(36,58,104)をスライドさせて支持するための摺動支持要素と、指ぬき(50,96,100)を備える「指用手袋」(46)又はバンド(94,98)と、
前記指ぬき(50,96,100)に固定されて前記柔軟ロッド(36,58,104)にヒンジ結合される固定ロッド(44)又はプレート(102)と、前記整形外科用装具(17,90)と一体をなし、或いは前記整形外科用装具(17,90)から離れて位置するとともに、前記柔軟ロッド(36,58,104)を移動させるための5つのアクチュエータ(28,52)を含む作動手段を備える動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(12,116)と、
前記柔軟ロッド(104)の張力を調整するための調整手段と、
を備え、
前記調整手段は、前記整形外科用装具(90)に対して離れた位置に配置される前記動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(116)内に備えられるとともに、アクチュエータのステム(122)に前記柔軟ロッド(104)を介して接続される硬質セクタ(128)と、当該硬質セクタ(128)が挿入される孔を有するクランプ又はハンドル(120)とによって形成され、前記硬質セクタ(128)はクランプ又はハンドル(120)に対して軸方向にスライドし、前記柔軟ロッド(104)の張力を調整し、
前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、人差し指、中指、薬指、及び、小指の関節のための前記指ぬき(96)と親指関節のための更なる指ぬき(100)とに固定されるプレート(102)により形成される第一の急速結合機構に対してヒンジ結合される端部を有し、前記指ぬき(96,100)はそれぞれ、手指(19)に取り付けられるとともにベルクロ接着布地の部分又はストリップ(92)で前記整形外科用装具(90)に固定される1つ以上のバンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)内に挿入され或いは組み込まれ、前記第一の急速機構は、前記プレート(102)の端部に前記柔軟ロッド(104)をヒンジ結合し、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に対して固定されるループ(106)及び/又はバックル(108)により形成されるスライドさせて支持するための前記摺動支持要素に対してスライドし、更に、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、前記バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に対して固定されるスリーブ(112)に対して固定されて保護シース(114)内に集められるシース(110)内でスライドすることを特徴とする、手リハビリ装置(10’)。 - 前記調整手段は、前記整形外科用装具(90)に対して離れた位置に配置される前記動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(116)内に備えられ、前記硬質セクタ(128)は、前記柔軟ロッド(104)が内部でスライドする前記シース(110)の端部に配置されるとともに前記シース(110)と前記クランプ又はハンドル(120)との接続を行うためのものであり、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、前記シース(110)内でスライドするとともに、同じアクチュエータのステム(122)に接続され、
前記調整手段は、前記クランプ(120)を解放する或いはねじ込むことにより、前記シース(110)が接続される前記硬質セクタ(128)に対する前記クランプ(120)の把持力を緩め或いは高めることができ、それにより、前記硬質セクタ(128)の軸方向スライドを引き起こし、内部の前記柔軟ロッド(104)に対する前記シース(110)の相対的な長さを調整することができ、その結果、更に強い或いは更に弱い前記柔軟ロッド(104)の張力が得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手リハビリ装置(10’)。 - 前記バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に接着され或いは一体に形成される前記ループ(106)及びバックル(108)はそれぞれ、前記柔軟ロッド(104)のスライドを可能にするのに適した、弾性布地又は他の柔軟材料から、及び、金属、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ガラス材料、又は、他の適した材料から形成され、前記各シース(110)も同様に、前記柔軟ロッド(104)のスライドを可能にするのに適した金属、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ガラス材料、又は、他の柔軟材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手リハビリ装置(10’)。
