Claims (11)
- 外傷等の後に損傷した或いは低下された中手指節関節、近位指節間関節、及び、遠位指節間関節の運動性及び機能性のリハビリ治療において、術後期間において、或いは、中枢神経系疾患、脊髄損傷、末梢神経障害等の後の手の不全麻痺又は麻痺の場合において、及び/又は、リハビリ活動中に理学療法士の治療と関連して手の関節動作が改善されなければならないときに使用され、柔軟であり、モジュール式であるとともに、患者の手(19)及び前腕(13)を部分的に覆うように取り付けられる整形器具(17,90)を備える手リハビリ装置(10,10’)において、オペレータによって自由に設定できる運動、シーケンス及び/又は動作の組み合わせによる5本の指の受動的で補助能動的な同時及び/又は選択的曲げ/伸長のための柔軟ロッド(36,58,104)と、指の曲げ/伸長中に前記柔軟ロッドをスライドさせて支持するための要素と、指ぬき(50,96,100)を備える「フィンガソックス」(46)又はバンド(94,98)と、指ぬきに固定されて柔軟ロッドにヒンジ結合される固定ロッド(44)又はプレート(102)と、前記整形器具と一体をなし、或いは前記整形器具から離れて位置するとともに、前記柔軟ロッドを移動させるための5つの作動手段を備える動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(12,116)と、前記ロッドの張力を調整するための手段と、リハビリ装置を調整して手の解剖学的特徴に適合させるための手段とを備えることを特徴とする、手リハビリ装置(10,10’)。
- 人差し指、中指、薬指、及び、小指の関節を動かすための前記柔軟ロッド(36)、及び、親指関節を動かすための柔軟ロッド(58)は、前記作動手段に対する急速結合システム(38)及び(53)を備える端部と、前記固定ロッド(44)及び(60)のそれぞれに対してヒンジ結合される他の端部とを有し、前記柔軟ロッド(36)に接続する端部と反対側の前記固定ロッドの端部は、任意に患者の末節骨の快適性を確保するのに適した材料が詰められる硬質又は弾性の指ぬき(50)に拘束され、前記柔軟ロッド(36)は、中手に配置されるブロック又はスライドループ(40)と第1指節骨に配置される少なくとも1つの更なるブロック又はスライドループ(42)とによって形成されるスライドさせて支持するための前記要素に対して配置され、前記ブロック又はスライドループ(40)及び更なるブロック又はスライドループ(42)は、内部にローラを備え或いは低摩擦材料から形成されるとともに、ベルクロ又は縫い付け等によって「フィンガソックス」(46)に固定される調整可能リング(45)及び支持体(41)に対してそれぞれがヒンジ結合され、前記「フィンガソックス」(46)は、指ぬき(50)によってユーザの指に取り付けられて手袋又は整形器具(17)に固定される布地又は他の材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリハビリ装置(10)。
- 前記各柔軟ロッド(36)の前記急速結合システム(38)は、前記動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(12)内に配置されるアクチュエータ(28)の結合ブロック(34)と係合し、親指関節の前記柔軟ロッド(58)の前記結合システム(53)は、手袋又は整形器具(17)に一体固定される支持体(56)にヒンジ結合される支持体(54)に対して拘束されるアクチュエータ(52)の結合ブロック(55)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のリハビリ装置(10)。
- 前記整形器具(17)上にわたって配置される前記動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(12)は、リハビリ装置を調整して適合させるための前記手段に対してスライド可能に配置される箱体(14)を備え、リハビリ装置を調整して適合させるための前記手段は、前記箱装置の下部に位置する案内要素(16)と、前記箱体と一体のキャリッジ(11)とによって形成され、前記箱体には、前記案内要素(16)に対する前記制御装置(12)の動作をロックし/解放するために前記箱体(14)の側面に位置するボタン(25)によって形成される機械的なストッパが設けられ、前記案内要素(16)がプレート形状要素(18)を備え、前記箱体(14)の下面の方向に面する前記案内要素(16)の上端前面にはリニアガイド(20)が形成され、該リニアガイドの外側面には、このリニアガイド(20)のほぼ全長にわたって延びるラック面又はローレット切り面(22)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリハビリ装置(10)。
- 前記箱体(14)内に配置される電気、回転、ネジ伝達、空気圧、液圧、又は、複合型のアクチュエータ(28)は、人差し指及び小指に関連する異なるアクチュエータを、中指及び薬指に関連するアクチュエータよりも低い位置に配置することができ、互いに反対側にあって中指及び薬指に配置されるクランプブロック(32)の端部にヒンジ結合される2つのクランプブロック(33)と1つのクランプブロック(32)とによって、また、プレート(71)を備えるシステムによって、アクチュエータ(28)の開放角度位置を水平面にしたがって変えることができ、プレート(71)を備える前記システムには、上面に、手動制御器又はレバー(70)と、前記アクチュエータ(28)に固定されて前記プレート(71)に形成されるスロット(73)に対してスライドするピン(72)とが設けられるとともに、前記箱体(14)に形成され、且つこの箱体に対して前記ピン(72)及び前記手動レバー(70)がスライドできるようにするのにそれぞれが適する更なるスロット(81,83)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリハビリ装置(10)。
- 互いに上下に対向して配置される「U」形状の2つの部分要素(80’,80”)からなる補助要素(80)を備え、結合ブロック(34)に配置される前記補助要素は、人差し指、中指、薬指、及び、小指のアクチュエータをその直線動作において一体化させることができるようにするのに適することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリハビリ装置(10)。
- 前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、人差し指、中指、薬指、及び、小指の関節のための指ぬき(96)と親指関節のための更なる指ぬき(100)とに固定されるプレート(102)により形成される急速結合機構に対してヒンジ結合される端部を有し、前記指ぬきはそれぞれ、手指(19)に取り付けられるとともにベルクロ接着布地の部分又はストリップ(92)で整形器具(90)に固定される1つ以上のバンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)内に挿入され或いは組み込まれ、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に対して固定されるループ(106)及び/又はバックル(108)により形成されるスライドさせて支持するための前記要素に対してスライドし、更に、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に対して固定されるスリーブ(112)に対して固定されて保護シース(114)内に集められるシース(110)内でスライドすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリハビリ装置(10’)。
- 柔軟ロッド(104)の張力を調整するための前記手段は、整形器具(90)に対して離れた位置に配置される動作/コマンド・制御ユニット(116)内に備えられるとともに、アクチュエータのステム(122)に対して同軸なクランプ又はハンドル(120)と、クランプ(120)に対して軸方向にスライドするとともにローレット切り端部(130)を備える硬質セクタ(128)とによって形成され、前記硬質セクタにはシース(110)が接続され、前記柔軟ロッド(104)は、シース(110)内でスライドするとともに、同じアクチュエータのステム(122)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリハビリ装置(10’)。
- 前記バンド(94)及び更なるバンド(98)に接着され或いは一体に形成される前記ループ(106)及びバックル(108)はそれぞれ、最小の摩擦値で或いはゼロの摩擦値で前記柔軟ロッド(104)のスライドを可能にするのに適した、弾性布地又は他の柔軟材料から、及び、金属、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ガラス材料、又は、他の適した材料から形成され、前記各シース(110)も同様に、最小の摩擦値で或いはゼロの摩擦値で前記柔軟ロッドのスライドを可能にするのに適した金属、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ガラス材料、又は、他の柔軟材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のリハビリ装置(10’)。
- リハビリ活動中の患者の自発的な関節応答にしたがったアクチュエータの作動及び動作の調整のためのフィードバック及び運動中に患者によって加えられる力を測定するためのフィードバックを実現するのに適したパワーセンサ及び/又は強度センサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリハビリ装置(10,10’)。
- 行う或いは行われている動作のシミュレーションと、指動作に関連付けられる音響フィードバック及び視覚フィードバックとを表示するためのグラフィカルインタフェースを備える制御・管理ソフトウェアを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリハビリ装置(10,10’)。
