Description
前記ガラスセラミックは、400〜1200nmにおいて20%以上の拡散透過率を示し;かつ、
前記ガラスセラミックは、バルク結晶化ガラスセラミックである。
重量パーセントで、0%を超え3%までのLi2O;15〜27%のAl2O3;60〜85%のSiO2;および1%以上のSnO2を含む組成を有するガラスを調製し、
前記ガラスを熱処理して結晶の核を生成し、成長させて、前記ガラスセラミックを形成することを含む。
重量パーセントで:0%を超え3%までのLi2O;15〜27%のAl2O3;60〜85%のSiO2;および1%以上のSnO2;を含む組成を有するガラスを調製し、
前記ガラスを熱処理して結晶の核を生成し、成長させ、前記ガラスセラミックを形成することを含む。
Claims (10)
- OLEDデバイスまたは光起電装置に用いるガラスセラミックであって、
重量パーセントで;
0%を超え3%までのLi2O;
15〜27%のAl2O3;
60〜85%のSiO2;および
1%以上のSnO2;
を含む組成を有し、
前記ガラスセラミックが、400nm〜1200nmにおいて20%以上の拡散透過率を示し、かつ、
前記ガラスセラミックが、平均寸法が100nm〜2μmの結晶を有するバルク結晶化ガラスセラミックである
ことを特徴とするガラスセラミック。 - 重量パーセントで:
60〜85%のSiO2;
15〜27%のAl2O3;
0.5〜2.9%のLi2O;および
1〜5%のSnO2
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミック。 - 重量パーセントで:
62〜82%のSiO2;
18〜24%のAl2O3;
1.9〜2.5%のLi2O;および
1〜1.5%のSnO2
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラスセラミック。 - 400nm〜700nmにおいて65%を超える拡散透過率を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- 400nm〜700nmにおいて60%を超える全透過率を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- 400nm〜1200nmにおいて60%を超える拡散透過率を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- 400nm〜1200nmにおいて80%を超える全透過率を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- 前記ガラスセラミックが5〜60パーセントの結晶化を有する、
請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。 - TiO2を実質的に含まない、請求項1〜8いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
- ヒ素およびフッ素を実質的に含まない、請求項1〜9いずれか1項記載のガラスセラミック。
