Claims (4)
- 金属板とそこに貫通され気密に絶縁固定された導電ピンにより気密端子が構成され、
その気密端子上に静電容量による液面検出用の電極が設けられた静電容量式液面センサーにおいて、
気密端子上に取付けられる液面検出部は二枚の電極とその電極の位置関係を固定する電気絶縁性のスペーサーからなる検出部ユニットとして構成し、
前記検出部ユニットを二つの導電ピンに対して接続固定する少なくとも一つの接続端子を前記電極が変形を起こすよりも弱い力で変形可能としたことを特徴とする静電容量式液面センサー。 - 前記接続端子は電極よりも薄い金属板で構成されたことにより変形可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量式液面センサー。
- 前記接続端子は屈曲部を大きく迂回させて固着部間の実際の距離よりも接続端子の屈曲部の長さを長くとることによって変形可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の静電容量式液面センサー。
- 一方の接続端子は検出部ユニットを充分に保持できるように剛性を高め、
他方の接続端子は充分に柔軟で変形可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の静電容量式液面センサー。
