Abstract
Se describe un sensor de superficie líquida capacitivo electrostático (1) en donde se provee una placa de electrodos (7) para detección de superficie líquida en un perno conductivo (6) provisto sobre una terminal hermética al gas (2).La sección de detección de superficie líquida provista sobre la terminal hermética al gas se constituye como una unidad de sección de detección (3) que comprende los electrodos (7) y un separador eléctricamente aislante (8) cuya relación de posición con los electrodos es fija. Por lo menos una terminal de conexión (9) por la que la unidad de sección de detección se conecta fijamente al perno conductivo de la terminal hermética al gas la cual puede ser capaz de deformarse por una fuerza más débil que podría crear deformación del electrodo. La tensión que actúa sobre la unidad de sección de detección se dispersa/amortigua por deformación de la terminal de conexión y por lo tanto puede evitar la deformación del electrodo que constituye la sección de detección.
