Abstract

 タッチの有無を適切に判定することができるタッチペンの構成を得る。タッチペン(1)は、導体によって形成された先端部(11)と、少なくとも一部に導体を有する軸部(15)と、絶縁体によって形成され、前記先端部(11)と前記軸部(15)とを連結する連結部(14)と、スイッチ(12)とを備える。前記スイッチ(12)は、前記先端部(11)に加わる圧力が所定値以上のとき前記先端部(11)と前記軸部(15)の導体部分とを電気的に接続し、前記先端部(11)に加わる圧力が所定値未満のとき前記先端部(11)と前記軸部(15)の導体部分とを電気的に非接続にする。
