Claims (44)

使用者の呼吸状態を示すデータを受信し、
前記計算装置は、前記呼吸状態に基づいて、複数の考えられる療法から所定の呼吸療法の組み合わせを決定し、前記考えられる療法が肺換気、肺気量リクルートメント、粘液除去、および粘液可動化療法を含み、
前記計算装置は、前記決定された療法の組み合わせに基づいて、併用呼吸療法装置の群から併用呼吸療法装置を選択し、ここで前記併用呼吸療法装置のそれぞれは、肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法および粘液除去療法、または肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法および粘液可動化療法、または肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法および粘液除去療法および粘液可動化療法の組み合わせを提供するために、前記使用者と係合可能な複数の別個のインターフェースを含み、
前記計算装置は、前記呼吸状態に基づいて、前記使用者から前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置を外すことなく、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき呼吸療法処方を作成し、ここで前記呼吸療法処方が、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって前記使用者に提供されるべき少なくとも肺換気または肺気量リクルートメント療法および粘液除去療法または粘液可動化療法を指定する、併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。 - 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義するために計算装置によって実行可能であり、前記治療セッションが治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスが粘液除去療法の実質的に直後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記治療セッションの間に前記治療シーケンスが反復されるべき回数を指定するために計算装置によって実行可能であり、前記治療シーケンスが反復されるべき前記回数に基づいて前記治療セッションの持続時間を定義する、請求項2に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記治療セッションの実行前に、前記粘液可動化療法が前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき時間を定義するために計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項2に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記治療セッションの実行後に、別の肺換気または肺気量リクルートメント療法が前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき時間を定義するために、計算装置によって実施可能な、請求項2に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記治療セッションの実行前に、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき別の治療セッションを定義するために計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項2に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記他方の治療セッションが異なる治療シーケンスを含む、請求項6に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義するために計算装置によって実行可能であり、前記治療セッションが複数の治療シーケンスを含み、各治療シーケンスが粘液除去療法の実質的に直後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって逐次的に反復される複数の咳サイクルとして前記粘液除去療法を定義し、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置による陽圧気流の適用に続く、選択された併用呼吸療法装置による陰圧気流の適用を含めたものとして各咳サイクルを定義するために計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項8に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって前記肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法が実施される持続時間を定義するために計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項9に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記併用呼吸療法装置が前記併用呼吸療法処方を実施する前の時点で、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって再生されるべき音声メッセージを指定するために計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- ユーザーが選択したマスコットのデジタルグラフィックまたはアニメーションと前記音声メッセージを関連付けるために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項11に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の前記変化に関連する前記データに基づいて前記呼吸療法処方を変更するために、計算装置によって実施可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実施されるべき治療セッションを定義し、その後に前記治療セッションが実施されるべき時間間隔を定義し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の前記変化に関連する前記データに基づいて前記時間間隔を変更するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義し(ここで、前記治療セッションが治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスが粘液除去療法の後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の前記変化に基づいて前記呼吸療法処方に粘液可動化療法を追加するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義し(ここで、前記治療セッションは治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスは粘液除去療法の後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の前記呼吸状態の変化に基づいて、前記治療セッションの後に別の肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を追加するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義し(ここで、前記治療セッションが治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスが粘液除去療法の後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の前記変化に基づいて前記粘液除去療法に関連する吸気圧を増加させるために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義し(ここで、前記治療セッションが治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスが粘液除去療法の後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の呼吸状態の前記変化に基づいて前記粘液除去療法に関連する呼気圧を増加させるために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって実行されるべき治療セッションを定義し(ここで、前記治療セッションは前記治療セッション中にある回数繰り返されるべき治療シーケンスを含み、前記治療シーケンスは粘液除去療法の後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の前記呼吸状態の前記変化に基づいて、前記治療シーケンスが反復されるべき前記回数を増加させるために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項13に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記使用者の呼吸状態の変化に関連するデータを受信し、前記使用者の前記呼吸状態の前記変化に関連するデータに基づいて、併用呼吸療法装置の群から異なる併用呼吸療法装置を選択するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 呼吸療法士が使用するように構成された携帯装置に前記呼吸療法処方を電子的に通信するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記使用者が使用するように構成された装置に前記呼吸療法処方を電子的に通信するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記計算装置に、前記呼吸療法処方の双方向性グラフィック描写を提示するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記双方向性グラフィック描写が、24時間のタイムライン、および前記タイムラインに沿って前記呼吸療法処方の部分の持続時間を調整するための一つ以上の双方向性スライドバーを含む、請求項23に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記双方向性グラフィック描写が、前記呼吸療法処方の少なくとも一部のアニメーションシミュレーションを含み、前記アニメーションシミュレーションが、前記呼吸療法処方のシミュレーション部分を受けている人の肺の少なくとも一部のグラフィック描写を含む、請求項23に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置によって自動実行するように、前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置に前記呼吸療法処方を電子的に通信するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 呼吸療法士が使用するよう構成された携帯装置の計算装置から前記呼吸療法処方を受信し、前記携帯装置からの前記呼吸療法処方を前記選択された併用呼吸療法装置に電子的に通信するために、計算装置によって実行可能な、請求項1に記載の併用呼吸療法処方クリエータ。
- 一つ以上の機械アクセス可能な記憶媒体で具体化される併用呼吸療法装置制御モジュールであって、併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能で、
前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって制御される併用呼吸療法装置に接続された使用者が、併用呼吸療法処方に従って併用呼吸療法を受けるべき期間を監視し(ここで前記併用呼吸療法処方は、前記期間の間の異なる時間に、前記併用呼吸療法装置によって実施されるべき複数の異なる療法セッションを定義し、前記複数の異なる療法セッションのそれぞれが、少なくとも粘液除去療法の実質的に直後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む)、
前記併用呼吸療法処方に従って適切な時間および適切な装置設定で、前記複数の異なる療法セッションのそれぞれを実施するために前記併用呼吸療法装置を設定し、
前記併用呼吸療法処方に従って適切な時間および適切な装置設定で、前記複数の異なる療法セッションのそれぞれを実施するために前記併用呼吸療法装置を制御する、併用呼吸療法装置制御モジュール。 - 前記粘液除去療法の実質的にすぐ後に続く前記肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を、各治療セッションの間に所定回数反復するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項28に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記療法セッションの実施前に音声メッセージを前記使用者に提示するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項28に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記療法セッションに関連した所定時間に前記音声メッセージを提示するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項30に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記使用者の年齢に基づいて前記使用者に対する前記音声メッセージを設定するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項31に記載の制御モジュール。
- 1日の時間に基づいて前記音声メッセージを設定するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項31に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記肺換気または肺気量リクルートメント療法の間、第一の圧力での陽圧気流に続いて第二の圧力での陽圧気流を供給するように前記併用呼吸療法装置を設定し、前記粘液除去療法の間、前記第一の圧力よりも大きな第三の圧力での陽圧気流に続いて陰圧気流を提供するように前記併用療法装置を設定するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項28に記載の制御モジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの前記療法セッションの前に、一連の空気パルスを供給するように前記併用呼吸療法装置を設定するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項28に記載の制御モジュール。
- ユーザー入力を受信し、前記ユーザー入力に基づいて前記併用呼吸療法装置を再設定し、前記ユーザー入力に基づいて変更された療法セッションを実施するために、前記併用呼吸療法装置制御装置によって実行可能な、請求項28に記載の制御モジュール。
- 併用呼吸療法処方を実行するための併用呼吸療法装置であって、ここで前記併用呼吸療法処方は、ある期間にわたって前記併用呼吸療法装置によって実施されるべき複数の異なる療法セッションを定義し、前記複数の異なる療法セッションのそれぞれが、少なくとも粘液除去療法の実質的に直後に続く肺換気療法または肺気量リクルートメント療法を含む、併用呼吸療法装置と、

一つ以上の機械アクセス可能な記憶媒体で具体化される制御モジュールであって、前記併用呼吸療法処方に従って前記療法セッションを実施するように前記併用呼吸療法装置を設定するために、前記制御モジュールが計算システムによって実施可能である、制御モジュールとを備える併用呼吸療法システム。 - 機械アクセス可能な一つ以上の記憶媒体で具体化されるデータ共有モジュールを含み、前記データ共有モジュールが、前記併用呼吸療法処方を前記併用呼吸療法装置に電子的に通信するために前記計算システムによって実行可能な、請求項37に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ共有モジュールが、前記併用呼吸療法処方を別の計算装置に電子的に通信するために前記計算システムによって実行可能な、請求項38に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ共有にモジュールが、医療従事者が使用する別の計算装置に、前記併用呼吸療法処方の少なくとも一部を表示するために前記計算システムによって実行可能な、請求項38に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ共有モジュールが、医療従事者が使用する遠隔計算装置からの前記併用呼吸療法処方の少なくとも一部を、前記併用呼吸療法装置に電子的に通信するために、前記計算システムによって実行可能な、請求項38に記載のシステム。
- 前記データ共有にモジュールが、前記併用呼吸療法を受けている使用者が使用する別の計算装置に、前記併用呼吸療法処方の少なくとも一部を表示するために前記計算システムによって実行可能な、請求項38に記載のシステム。
